“awkward cross-referencing”
Pros
I've found this to be an excellent no-cost product and even though I tried the premium tier. which I think performs a bit better .. the free version still offers plenty of versatility and lets me exercise some creative design freedom as well.
Cons
What I kept running into was an awkward inability to cross-reference quickly between different pages and tabs which proved to be a real hindrance to my workflow, I would really like to see that set of features improved and expanded.

“Dependable for any scale”
Pros
According to me, trello is a dependable, user-friendly platform for coordinating projects regardless of scale and I particularly appreciate how its visual boards make tracking tasks and fostering teamwork so simple.
Cons
When projects expand into very large scopes I often struggle to keep everything organized and I find that built-in reporting is fairly basic unless I add third-party extensions.

“Good value with reminders”
Pros
I feel Trello nails its pricing for what it delivers and I find the interface attractive with simple tools plus it even sends helpful reminders when tasks are due.
Cons
Sometimes the overall flow feels slightly awkward to me and I'm not entirely certain whether it's a design quirk or because I simply haven't yet located the precise features I need.

“simple and customizable”
Pros
I've always appreciated how simple it is to navigate and how much control I have to tailor my content and honestly I find myself turning to it all the time!
Cons
There's nothing negative to add, it's an excellent tool that I've relied on successfully for years and I still find myself recommending it whenever someone asks me for a dependable solution.

“free plan for teams !”
Pros
We stick with the free plan because it provides everything we require so in my view it represents excellent value and getting started was both simple and intuitive. Our team uses it to manage day-to-day tasks and I find that sharing individual projects with staff and clients prevents things from slipping through the cracks. The drag-and-drop interface is especially useful giving a clear visual of which stage each task is at and the option to colour-code cards and attach files or images to individual tasks helps us keep all project materials organized in one place for easy access.
Cons
I honestly can't point to any real downsides for what we use it for since it fulfils all our needs, there aren't any shortcomings that affect our workflow. That said I'm not sure what additional advantages the paid tiers offer so I think occasional promotional trials of extra features would be beneficial so we could test those capabilities without immediately upgrading.

“amazing automation”
Pros
Using Trello I find it incredibly simple to navigate and I really appreciate being able to create rules that automate my to-do lists which saves me time, I also love how it links with Outlook and Teams since it gives me a solid way to structure my time and tasks while I juggle responsibilities across multiple teams.
Cons
to be honest there isn't much about Trello that bothers me though after trying the premium tier for two weeks I felt it didn't justify the cost for my needs perhaps because I didn't explore its advanced capabilities fully.

“Approachable interface with good value”
Pros
I've found this tool to have one of the most approachable interfaces when you first get into project management and I appreciate how clearly it shows tasks and their movement across a project's lifecycle I'm also impressed that it provides a free tier that actually works and in my experience the paid plans are reasonably priced and offer solid value.
Cons
There's very little to criticize overall.... if I had to nitpick I'd say it doesn't boast the depth of features that power users might crave yet in my view it's still exceptionally difficult to surpass as an entry-level project management tool given its simplicity and effectiveness.

“Spot-on user experience”
Pros
For me the trello user experience is spot-on, very intuitive to navigate and overall a fantastic way to arrange projects, products and events while keeping everyone aligned and aware of their responsibilities and due dates, I really appreciate that there are community-contributed templates available which makes it ideal for newer teams unsure which tool to pick, since it stays smooth, focused and visually oriented and very approachable.
Cons
It integrates with other tools but when I need to work together on images or doodles for a card, I can't do that in trello.

“Simplifies team collaboration”
Pros
I find it really simplifies working with colleagues offering a shared platform where we can both share and automate tasks and it comes with a broad set of tools that enable our team to collaborate effectively.
Cons
Although I haven't used the product to its full capacity so I don't have major complaints, one thing that did bother me was that we had to stay connected to the internet at all times in order to receive updates and follow any task changes which proved inconvenient on occasion.

“real-time collaboration”
Pros
Real-time collaboration for teams is incredibly useful and reflecting back to when my group relied on SharePoint for tracking project and task updates, I found Trello to be a major, welcome improvement!
Cons
At times the platform feels excessively open-ended and I often crave clearer structure and step-by-step guidance so I can use Trello in the most effective way possible with my ADHD-brained approach to tasks.

“Clear kanban views”
Pros
The kanban views are what I genuinely appreciate most since their clarity and simplicity make the whole product feel very approachable and simple to use and I find the built-in templates invaluable because they help me branch out into board setups and workflows I wouldn't have thought to try on my own.
Cons
I wish it offered smoother, more native integrations with a wider variety of other tools and platforms so that syncing across different tech stacks would feel effortless also I'd like the free tier to allow creation of more boards because I'm often blocked by limits when experimenting or collaborating.

“Excellent value and integrations”
Pros
I find it offers excellent bang for the buck and is incredibly easy to use and I appreciate Trello's broad functionality, I frequently make use of the many integrations and add-ons, especially those that tie into Slack and Google Drive.
Cons
There are times when the number of cards and lists packed into a single workspace feels overwhelming to me and I would prefer if Trello were a bit cleaner and more structured so that managing everything would be less chaotic.

“helpful roadmap mapping”
Pros
I've found Trello makes mapping out a roadmap for A/B testing and broader business development simple and it also offers excellent collaboration features that my team relies on.
Cons
Because there's so much information visible at once I sometimes feel overwhelmed and in my experience it behaves like a complex CRM where it takes quite a while to become comfortable navigating the interface.

“Refreshingly simple interface”
Pros
I find the interface refreshingly simple to use since it only requires a handful of basics to get started right away and because of that low barrier I can jump in without fuss. Moreover I've relied on it for a variety of tasks.. everything from organizing project tickets and tracking their status to running retrospectives where I can set up the different columns needed for a full retro.
Cons
It's intentionally lighter and more managed I often find it's missing a number of the more advanced features that its bigger sibling, Jira includes which can be limiting when I need those capabilities.

“awesome for purchase orders”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how it organizes our purchase orders because I can easily keep everything sorted by dropping items into specific categories I've set up, on top of that, I like writing notes directly on the Trello cards so teammates can see where an order stands at a glance. I also add the colleagues who need to follow each card and I routinely slide cards across the columns I've created as progress happens until the order is finished and I archive it.
Cons
Can't think of anything about this program that bothers me, it fits into my workflow smoothly and has become a genuinely valuable tool for getting my work done more efficiently.

“Perfectly flexible and effortless”
Pros
What I appreciate most is the flexibility. Trello molds to my needs whether I'm organizing work projects, handling personal to-dos or capturing creative ideas. Its drag and drop boards make progress updates effortless and I like the layout's overall tidiness.
Cons
I find it frustrating that several useful advanced capabilities are locked behind a paid subscription which becomes increasingly restrictive when I need to scale up and add more automation and integrations.

“Visual and great for automation”
Pros
I've noticed that new hires pick it up in minutes and because the interface is so visual I can instantly spot bottlenecks without digging through menus and since it integrates smoothly with Gmail, n8n and QuickBooks we've been able to automate many repetitive tasks ourselves without dragging IT into every little workflow.
Cons
For reporting I find the built-in options feel pretty limited until you start adding Power-Ups and when I'm trying to get into more advanced automation or build richer dashboards the platform begins to feel somewhat basic compared with tools that offer deeper analytics out of the box.

“unfriendly support”
Pros
Using it has been approachable and more importantly the platform reliably keeps me informed and maintains my connection to colleagues and my boss which helps me coordinate work without constantly chasing updates.
Cons
I've found customer support to be unfriendly and since many clients don't understand how to use the platform I often have to step in or push for better onboarding and help resources so this issue gets resolved.

“Simple and flexible”
Pros
I really value the simplicity and flexibility of the tool since it's simple to get started and it handles a variety of use cases from project management to knowledge bases and calendars.
Cons

“Great email-to-board feature”
Pros
For me the standout Trello capabilities are the email-to-board feature which makes it possible to create tasks straight from my inbox, the system's AI pulls in most of the important details, keeps the original message intact and highlights dates. I'm a big fan of the different views.... tabular, calendar and the classic kanban which are incredibly handy across a variety of scenarios. The automations are brilliant too letting me set up weekly or monthly renewals so target dates repeat after a week, a month, etc. I also use the calendar subscription to fill my diary with tasks and goals and the customer success team has been very supportive.
Cons
I think Trello can feel a little too minimal when you're managing highly complex, tightly-coupled projects although to be fair I don't usually work on that sort of thing. Still its elegant simplicity can be a limitation for complicated workflows yet with the right add-ons and integrations you could stretch it to handle genuinely demanding tasks. For my own needs however I haven't come across any real drawbacks.
