“Works well for distributed teams”
Pros
While working with this tool across teams in different locations, the biggest advantage was how well it brings together multiple users even when they have very different levels of familiarity with Kanban boards! Since the platform is built around the Kanban method, it naturally fits managers who already prefer that style. At the same time with so many teams now working remotely, it is common for at least some users to be new to Kanban. That makes it especially important for the software to make the transition feel simple and approachable. The tool handles that really well! Experienced Kanban users still have plenty of tools available while beginners are not overloaded and the platform does a nice job of guiding new users into understanding how the Kanban approach works.
Cons
Because it is centered on the Kanban method, it works very well for many teams but that same structure can also create issues with people who never fully adapt to using the boards the way they are meant to be used. That tends to happen sooner or later on most teams. In some cases it can actually be more problematic than not using Kanban at all since proper usage ends up mixed together with poor implementation. When that happens, managers may need to revisit the boards regularly just to clean things up which can feel either like wasted time or simply part of the ongoing cost of keeping the system running.

“better workload tracking”
Pros
Daily work gets assigned much more clearly for everyone with this tool. It has made activity management and progress tracking far more organized and easy.
Cons
Even though it definitely helps improve productivity, it still lacks a feature for sending email reminders when a task is pending or overdue and having that would be a valuable addition.

“interactive workflow that keeps teams aligned”
Pros
It's clear why this became one of the most sought after workflow management tools during the pandemic! It helped our whole team organize assignments and keep a close eye on project progress. Everyone could also share suggestions easily because the interface feels very interactive. The biggest reason we went with this option was how simple it is to use.
Cons
The one thing I'd really like to see improved is its progress reporting along with built in Gantt chart integration. The layout can also be a improved further.

“clean design”
Pros
The app and web versions feel completely in sync which makes using this tool really smooth. The themes and overall design are another big plus since everything looks clean, polished and inviting. It's also flexible enough to handle a wide range of needs whether I'm organizing personal tasks or managing work projects.
Cons
One thing I wasn't a fan of was the way they changed the workspace setup.

“fantastic kanban collaboration!”
Pros
Whether I'm on the responsive website or using the equally impressive mobile app, the software makes it really easy to manage tasks with Kanban boards. Sharing boards with one or more colleagues is simple which makes project collaboration work well. The API is excellent too and it let us turn Trello into something close to a customer service contact center because of all the integrations available.
Cons
At times the mobile app is a bit slow to launch while it handles background housekeeping. Archived items could also be managed better since they can be somewhat tricky to locate. And if you're dealing with a very large project, a platform like Basecamp or Jira may be a better match. For smaller projects though, this works very well.
