“Reliable uptime”
Pros
Getting started takes almost no effort and just about anyone can pick it up and customize it to their needs without much trouble. Even on the free plan, you still get access to most of the features which makes it very useful from the start. The drag and drop card system feels very natural and responsive almost like working on a local app! Managing cards organizing tasks and archiving them is all very convenient. Reliability has also been excellent: after more than five years of using it I only had one brief time when I couldn't log in. The mobile app on both Android and iOS runs very well too and honestly looks better than I expected considering this is mainly designed for horizontal use.
Cons
If I had to point out one weak spot, it would be the limited selection of more interesting plugins in the free version. Other than that it really does what it promises and covers everything it is supposed to solve.

“fantastic for team task tracking!”
Pros
Has been a really effective tool for managing projects, keeping up with tasks and working with the team so everything continues moving in the right direction.
Cons
Getting used to the card system took a little time at the beginning but once we understood how it worked, it turned out really well. One downside is that we still need to click into each project to see the complete list of to do items.

“visual boards with clear priorities”
Pros
Biggest advantage for me is how visually focused it is. The notes and task boards can be organized with color coding which makes it much easier to spot what needs attention. I assign colors based on priority and that helps me find and manage my tasks quickly.
Cons
Issue is that the available tools and features are not really built for complicated or complex projects. It works best for handling simple projects and tasks instead especially daily work or repetitive tasks.

“clean boards that keep me organized”
Pros
Between personal tasks and work projects, it does a really good job of keeping everything organized for me! I use it in both settings and it fits well for each. It comes with plenty of useful features including Kanban style boards, cards with customizable fields and a easy drag and drop system. The interface looks clean, feels accessible and is visually appealing. I can set up a board for almost any project or idea then get a clear view of every part of it through separate lists and cards. With so many integrations available it has become one of the tools I rely on every day.
Cons
That said it is not as effective or fully functional as some other alternatives. One clear example is that it does not support multi-column lists. Because of that, users are pushed into working with Kanban boards in cases where a simple list layout would make more sense something a tool like Asana can handle better. It ends up taking extra time and can make things more difficult for certain users.

“voice capture that keeps up”
Pros
One of my favorite things is how well it stays synced between my phone and PC. I use the phone widget to speak my ideas and they show up in Trello automatically. Since I have a long commute, the voice feature lets me safely capture thoughts and ideas while driving home which is exactly when they usually come to me.
Cons
The only thing I'd change is the layout for shorter lists. I wish there were a way to stack them vertically instead of being limited to a horizontal, side by side view.

“better for brainstorming than tasks”
Pros
Kanban boards work really well for brainstorming and organizing project ideas and this software builds on that nicely with online collaboration features.
Cons
Task management feels less polished especially compared with other tools. Setting up recurring tasks was difficult and nowhere near as easy as it is on other platforms.

“helpful labeling, confusing boards”
Pros
Has a lot going for it especially as a lower cost alternative to many management platforms that can be too expensive for small companies and teams. Depending on what you need (like a space to organize content, manage a calendar and share files) it can be a solid option. Communication between team members is fairly visual and works well which is especially useful for marketers and people in advertising or similar fields. The labeling features and time setting tools are also effective and genuinely helpful.
Cons
Atlassian has definitely improved this software over time. Before the acquisition it felt much less appealing visually, more complicated to use and pretty limited in terms of useful features. File sharing has gotten somewhat better but it still feels more complicated than it should be especially compared with tools like Microsoft Teams or Slack. The board based setup can be useful but it can also become irritating and confusing when it is not structured properly. Getting team members to understand the system and stick to a consistent model can also be frustrating.

“fantastic project visibility!”
Pros
This has been excellent for organizing tools and dashboards while working from home and each project is displayed with a lot of detail. It feels accessible and easy to use!!
Cons
At times the dashboard can get a bit laggy although refreshing usually fixes it. Also you need to pay for the full version to access the complete set of tools.

“Love this!”
Pros
A colleague pointed me to this software when I needed something to organize my tasks and it turned out to be a really practical option. It's simple to work with and the Kanban board makes it convenient to keep track of what's happening. I also appreciate being able to create or send a task to this tool directly from an email.
Cons
I still haven't dug very deeply into its reporting features and up to this point I haven't been able to get the reports I need from it. I also haven't spent much time exploring its Gantt chart functionality yet.

“Good for task tracking”
Pros
Something that really works well for me is how simple it is to add tasks as list items, keep track of what needs to be done and remove older ones when they're no longer needed. I also really appreciate being able to move items between cards depending on progress like shifting a task from the "haven't started" list to "currently in execution" and other stages. It helps me monitor project updates in detail on a regular basis which is why I end up using this almost every day to stay organized and make sure nothing important slips through the cracks. I'm using the free version and it has been excellent for my needs. Since I can access it directly through a web browser, I don't have to download or install anything whenever I switch to a new device and that's another big advantage for me. At this point it's the best project management software I have on my system.
Cons
I haven't come across any particular feature that feels like it needs improvement.

“Appreciate the calendar syncing”
Pros
Running several projects at once is much more manageable with separate boards for my own business and for client work. Being able to add due dates and connect everything to my calendar is something I really appreciate. It also makes working with clients much simpler since I can tag people and share boards without any trouble.
Cons
I still want a way to hide items in a list that won't be ready for weeks or even months but still need to stay somewhere for later.

“I'm satisifed!”
Pros
Most of the time I use this on my phone and the feature I enjoy the most is being able to drag finished tasks or cards into my completed folder. That part feels especially satisfying :)
Cons
Changing the owner of different cards and moving them to another group gives me some trouble. I'm not sure why but it seems to be a hassle every single time I need to do it.

“excellent team task tracking”
Pros
Works really well for coordinating activities across different teams. You can set up a board with multiple columns, create cards quickly and assign tasks to specific users by tagging them which makes collaboration very convenient.
Cons
Filtering boards can be frustrating because you have to enter the board ID in the search bar and that is not very practical.

“quick to learn”
Pros
Was very easy to start working with! It has a short learning curve, feels user friendly and people across the team enjoy using it. Employees and contractors adapted to it quickly and even volunteers and board members were comfortable with it right away.
Cons
The "Butler" feature isn't clear to me. I'm sure it has a useful purpose but I haven't really figured it out yet so better explanation or guidance around it would help.

“accessible boards that save time!”
Pros
The interface is easily one of the best I've used in any software tool! Creating stages, workflows, boards, tickets and similar items is very easy and the whole system feels accessible enough to pick up as you go. It really simplified how we built project flow processes and cut down the time we used to spend setting everything up.
Cons
For us, one setback is that it's web based. That isn't necessarily a bad thing overall but in our situation we usually work through remote access and rarely have a web browser open. Since there isn't a dedicated Windows or Linux client, keeping boards and task lists updated on time was more difficult than it should have been.

“Easy to use everyday”
Pros
Takes almost no time to start off with and using it day to day feels very easy. The dashboard gives a live view of all ongoing projects and clearly shows which stage each one is in. Moving tasks between columns with drag and drop is simple and practical. On top of that being able to collaborate in one place and keep the whole team aligned has been an enormous help!
Cons
Things can start to feel a bit cluttered when several people are working in the same dashboard and shifting items around at once. Because of that the board works best when team members are also communicating regularly alongside what's happening in the tool.

“handy boards for team tracking”
Pros
Getting started with it takes very little effort and it's simple to understand right away. Adding people, setting up teams, creating boards and cards and keeping everything organized is very convenient when working with a team and staying on top of progress, projects and tasks.
Cons
One thing that feels a bit limited is assigning subtasks to different users across multiple levels. It also could use a more visual, easier to follow section for tracking milestones and overall progress.

“helpful project tracking, limited setup”
Pros
Keeping projects visible from start to finish is really useful and handing work off is easy since cards can be moved from one person to the next as each stage is completed.
Cons

“stays on top of busy work”
Pros
With so many transactions happening at the same time, this software does a really good job of keeping the practice organized and moving in the right direction. It also helps by reminding me about anything that is still outstanding which makes it much easier to stay on top of everything.
Cons
The downside is that having to enter information all the time can feel inconvenient especially when the practice is extremely busy. Keeping everything updated takes extra time that could otherwise be spent focusing on transaction work.

“cards keep everyone aligned”
Pros
It keeps the whole team informed about how each transaction is progressing. I can quickly send current updates on every card to the team member handling that file which makes communication much more efficient.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is an individual task list within each card where every checkpoint could have its own deadline. Right now I have to rely on a separate reminder system for that.
