“Great tool for retrospectives

Pros

Im impressed with the retrospectives overall design. The homepage is intuitive and theres no need for our entire team to go through the registration process making it highly accessible for my teams. In comparison to other tools weve used in the past my teams prefer this one because of its userfriendly structure. With previous tools we often encountered registration issues or reluctance from some team members due to usability challenges.

Cons

As of now I havent come across any significant features in the software that I dislike.

Pros

In my opinion fraankly offers a dashboard that is straightforward to use. Setting it up as a presenter was a breeze. Initially we started with the predefined templates simple but effective solutions and later customized them to fit our specific needs with ease. I appreciate that fraankly enables the team to gather input and the board can be accessed via a shared link allowing everyone to provide their input independently. The ability to export action items is a valuable feature and I hope they integrate with Azure in the near future.

Cons

My only concern is that I need to download the action items to use them in our ticket system. It would be great to have an integration feature which I hope is coming soon.
