Pros
MeetVolley's effectiveness is impressive. What distinguishes it is the straightforward interface, sleek design, and prompt support. The team is quick to assist and accommodates requests when possible.
Cons
I can not fault this product at all. I do wish for more integrations in the future, but that is not really a downside.

Cons
Deleting comments by moderators can hinder transparency. Here are some suggestions: incorporating rating and voting options for feedback analysis, adding analytics to showcase feedback reports to clients, and providing white label PDF reports. Other feedback tools are already adopting these features, so please consider them.

We primarily got this software for collaborating with clients on chatbot flow edits. It's perfect for capturing both the backend flow and the messenger experience for feedback. We've also used it for internal website edits collaboration. So far, it's been fantastic.
Cons
The Chrome extension can be a bit buggy at times.

Pros
My fav feature is reviewing live sites and apps has been simplified with Volley, enabling precise feedback for developers.
Cons
Reviewing mobile websites on a desktop device, especially with the positioning of the popup overlay, is cumbersome. I wish there was a basic shape drawing tool (in addition to the hand-drawing tool) for more precise review documents. Also, organizing projects into groups or folders would make our dashboard more manageable and user-friendly.

I particularly enjoy the commenting feature where screenshots are taken of pages, allowing my boss to leave feedback directly on the page regarding changes needed during website development. It keeps us organized and ensures I address tasks promptly.
Cons

Our team used various methods, including emailing screenshots. With Volley, this process has become much easier and enjoyable. We can easily track tasks and mark them complete within the app. Additionally, team members can add and respond to notes seamlessly.
Cons
Currently, the only way to provide feedback is by installing the Google Chrome extension. This can be inconvenient when sharing designs with clients who are not familiar with it, but I have heard that the Volley team is addressing this issue.

The ability to mark comments as resolved is crucial for me as a designer, especially when dealing with a long list of tasks. The option to attach images in comments is unique and was a major selling point for me.
Cons
The draw functionality seems unnecessary to me. I believe the ability to reply to comments with mockups is more valuable and should be prioritized.
