We have an unusually high volume of workflow to be dealt with daily. Adobe Workfront has proven itself by managing the load effortlessly. It is a very powerful tool for managing projects. We use it for all our ongoing projects, labor initiatives, and even future development plans. It is an all-in-one solution and the remaining staff of our company uses it as a request platform, which allows us to send requests to our communication staff and even log suggestions for office upgrades. The overall UI is very minimal which I like the most.

Cons

Workfront is not ideal for reporting, for me at least. They need to improve almost everything about it and make the reports a bit more flexible. The software is programmed to give us constant reminders about our progress on a certain project, which is good but gets intrusive at times. I always wanted to have an option to turn off those reminders since some projects are supposed to go slower than others and I know what I’m doing. Fortunately, they have added this feature recently, I haven’t been able to try it properly yet.
