We like it's robust capabilities. It can be used for traditional project management, product development and change control processes within one system.

With it's robustness comes a high degree of complexity and overhead to manage. It requires subject matter experts to have a deep understanding of the configuration. Often there are far too many unnecessary fields for users to navigate and a complex process to get things done.

Pros

I find navigating the app really easy and it provides plenty of helpful advice, both in the app and online.

Cons

Sometimes it lagged but overall it was very easy to work with.

The product gives me a better understanding of digital presence which includes media and marketing tasks/goals. It also makes delegating projects very simple.

I could use a better onboarding or training course. It takes a while to learn everything this product can do. While that is not necessarily a bad thing but even the basic functions take some time to figure out.
