We like it's robust capabilities. It can be used for traditional project management, product development and change control processes within one system.

Cons

With it's robustness comes a high degree of complexity and overhead to manage. It requires subject matter experts to have a deep understanding of the configuration. Often there are far too many unnecessary fields for users to navigate and a complex process to get things done.

“Smooth and simple!”

Pros

I find navigating the app really easy and it provides plenty of helpful advice, both in the app and online.

Cons

Sometimes it lagged but overall it was very easy to work with.

The product gives me a better understanding of digital presence which includes media and marketing tasks/goals. It also makes delegating projects very simple.

Cons

I could use a better onboarding or training course. It takes a while to learn everything this product can do. While that is not necessarily a bad thing but even the basic functions take some time to figure out.

I can create PDF files easily and keep track of them without a problem.

I have trouble saving PDFs and there is not enough storage for large files.

Cons

Generating reports in Workfront can be difficult for developers. Also at times building a report requires access to non-existent objects and applying filters can yield inaccurate results often needing assistance from Adobe Fusion.

It was a rough start. Adobe Workfront lacks customized options and can get glitchy from time to time.

I really like how simple Workfront is but it's also packed with powerful features for task management, workflow automation, and collaboration. The integration with popular systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, SAP, and ServiceNow is a big plus for me.

Since Workfront is easy to use and cuts out unnecessary procedures, its a fantastic tool for designers. The document management feature is particularly useful for designers in this case.

Workfront has a clean, easy-to-use design but there are a lot of connections between tasks and projects that can be tricky to figure out at first. It takes some practice to get the hang of it. At my old job, we only used it for timesheets, so it was a lot easier.

The only downside is having to pay for it especially as a small nonprofit, but I believe its well worth the cost.
