“Complicated to use”

Pros

We like it's robust capabilities. It can be used for traditional project management, product development and change control processes within one system.

Cons

With it's robustness comes a high degree of complexity and overhead to manage. It requires subject matter experts to have a deep understanding of the configuration. Often there are far too many unnecessary fields for users to navigate and a complex process to get things done.

“Takes time to learn”

Pros

I really like the feature that lets me upload and collaborate on documents directly.

Cons

It feels like there is always something wrong with Workfront. Sometimes it randomly stops uploading documents and I have to restart my computer to get it working again. There are many instances where I have to find workarounds to make Workfront function as I expect.
