Honestly I find it so user-friendly that I struggle to think of major drawbacks. For me and my colleagues it keeps us connected and ensures our workflows keep progressing without hiccups.

What I value most about it is how it brings order to our workload. Projects stay neatly organized, assigning tasks is simple and I can always see how everything is progressing. I frequently rely on filters and tailor-made status labels which are especially helpful when juggling several projects at once.

In a big company I need a simple snapshot of what's underway, what's stalled and which items are waiting for approval and Wrike does a good job addressing that requirement. That said I'd really welcome a more obvious, smarter reminder capability for example, built-in priority notifications or automatic highlighting of mission-critical tasks because without that we often end up adopting extra tools to make certain that important items don't slip through the cracks.
