So far I haven't encountered any significant problems while using Wrike.

Simplifies task completion and tracking. Calendar and reporting options are excellent. Real-time updates accessible from desktop or the app are astounding.

The mobile app presents a slight challenge as each task requires individual access for details but overall I am content and grateful to have a PM app on my phone for on-the-go convenience.

Occasionally there are peculiar glitches that persist for a day or so tasks displaying strangely or being empty when they shouldn't be problems with saving newly added content etc. This occurrence seems more frequent than expected.

Wrike's most remarkable aspect is its quick deployment. The consultants assisted us in setting up the basics during the professional services call and from there we gained momentum.

Frankly I'm uncertain. It's not that there's something I dislike but rather a missing element that would be beneficial to have. In large organizations where people from diverse business areas never collaborate but use the same system an improved user management module would be ideal for dividing them into clusters and determining visibility.

Some features that could streamline our business efforts are missing. For instance when a coordinator enters tasks in a plan all updates are sent to the assignee and the task creator (coordinator). It would be beneficial to default those updates to a project owner in addition to the assignee.
