Pros

Cons

Wrike seems to encounter issues with automatically assigning card numbers to tasks. I've had to seek assistance from Wrike Support three times in the past two years to rectify this problem. When it functions properly it works exceptionally well! Suggestion: Modify Wrike's rules to allow for assigning card numbers to sub-tasks.

A Solid Project Management Tool

Pros

Wrike has significantly improved our business's organization efficiency and structure. The dashboard and workload views are fantastic for quickly assessing workloads and understanding weekly responsibilities. The Gantt Chart view is especially valuable for planning large projects and reviewing timelines.

Cons

Numerous essential features are missing. For instance there is no bulk task name editor no bulk project management tools and the Gantt Chart occasionally behaves unpredictably. I hope to see improvements in these areas this year.

Pros

Wrike covers all aspects of project management from intake forms to project assignment file review and communication. The customizable nature of the platform and the ability to automate project assignment using Blueprints are highly appreciated.

Cons

When setting up forms it is frustrating that we can't change the question format after starting to create it. Additionally we encountered an issue where users weren't notified when a task was assigned to them if the assignment was made in the blueprint and then a project was created based on that blueprint. While I appreciate the customization options in Wrike it can make managing and understanding the system a bit cumbersome.

Constant interruptions outages slowness. Membership interruptions freezing software undates too

The ability to build my own platform and customize it according to my needs is a standout feature of Wrike.

Cons

The customer service is poor with frequent glitches and outages. The representatives are unhelpful and the platform lacks warnings about capacity overages. The software is unreliable and unstable.

Could do my job without it!

Pros

The greatest benefit of using Wrike is the seamless cross-team communication it enables. Getting answers within the task itself is incredibly convenient.

Cons

It's very easy to overcomplicate things with Wrike. As my colleague often says "Wrike can do anything and that's both a blessing and a curse." I completely agree.

Best management tool with many options to customize

Pros

Like Trello Wrike is an excellent tool for planning and tracking projects tasks and deadlines. As a Project Lead I find it particularly useful with its data pulling options and various views like Gantt Boards and Lists.

Cons

I miss the function of creating reports based on all the Spaces in Wrike. When you have many clients and need to add them one by one it becomes time-consuming to create such reports.

Pros

One of the most impactful features is the ability for internal and external users to provide clear and productive feedback on PDF documents during design reviews.

Cons

I feel that automation and customization of task rules could be improved and made easier to use. After creating task rules the layout of the task changes. I appreciate that all the fields are at the top and divided into cells but the layout shifts when new rules are applied causing some confusion.

The workload management feature has significantly increased our effectiveness without overwhelming colleagues.
