Still deciding

Pros

I find Wrike easier to use than Jira and suitable for various project types. Task tracking is pretty simple, though I am still considering it since the Gantt view is not available on the free plan

Cons

I have noticed that Wrike is a bit more expensive than Jira.

better divided work projection

Pros

My work communication improved once we started using Wrike. I can create a start to finish plan for each project, assign tasks to each user and then consolidate everything into a single project for better performance. Wrike allows real-time monitoring of each project's progress as it helps me address any errors or missing content. It has proven to be an invaluable platform for enhancing my work performance, as it allows seamless team collaboration.

Cons

My experience has been positive as Wrike has always worked perfectly for me without failures or usage problems.

Was a bit much

Pros

My company currently uses Monday.com but I find it can be a hassle and overwhelming. So, I decided to explore Wrike. After trying out the free trial, I found it easy to set up and get started. However, it was not as user-friendly for me initially and I did not want to deal with the approval process through my company.

Cons

I have not found any cons, though I wish I had more time to learn the platform. But they do send a lot of emails, lol.

Hyped up hard to use

Pros

Wrike met my theoretical expectations and came at the right price.

Cons

Uploading and organizing files was too complicated. The platform started losing features and with a limited budget, it was not working well for me.

Project Management Tool

Pros

I like Wrikes layout and how it helps me keep tasks organized.

Cons

Customization difficulties are a problem. There should be a better way to customize layouts within tickets and tasks to improve functionality for users and admins, similar to Microsoft To Do.

Better organized project planning

Pros

The way I can organize tasks and projects with Wrike has been fantastic and extremely helpful. It has significantly improved my work execution by shortening completion times. Automating tasks allows me to focus more on processes that need extra attention.

Cons

When the whole team is working on the same project, the platforms speed can slow down and prevent quick changes from being made.

Powerful project management tool for collaborative teams

Pros

My organization needed Gantt charts to properly track multiple dependent tasks across various projects, and Wrike software features it the best. Wrike also clarifies timelines and outstanding tasks which makes it easy to communicate with the team.

Cons

Setting up requires some technical expertise. Also, onboarding junior marketing staff was a process that took a lot of time and investment.

Many possibilities but very complicated to use

Pros

One of the most comprehensive software options available as it offers wide range of possibilities for workflows, roles and more.

Cons

My experience with Wrike wasn't much user-friendly. It is quite complicated to use and requires a lot of training due to its wide features.

I wish we could come back

Pros

Customization and switching between board view and list view for a fresh perspective have made life simpler. The quick updates and ease of use were also impressive. Although none of us were familiar with Wrike, we received a crash course. Some team members adapted quickly, diving into sub-tasks while others like me, preferred a checklist approach. (I especially loved the checklist)

Cons

From my perspective as an end user, my biggest issue was that our sales team did not use Wrike. This meant we had to duplicate communications with them. For example, we did document our completed tasks in Wrike and detail how we did them for management, only to repeat the process in Salesforce for the sales team. On the plus side, using Wrike tickets allowed us to communicate freely and be more precise in our messages to the sales team in Salesforce. Even so, the main drawback was that we no longer use Wrike. Upper management decided we needed something more granular, and after tweaking Wrike as much as we could, we switched to a sales support request system within Salesforce. It works, but I do miss Wrike.

A Comprehensive Project Management Tool

Pros

Wrike has powerful project management and collaboration capabilities, suitable for all business and project sizes. Its flexibility and adaptability let me tailor it to my school's needs. It also ensures tasks are completed collaboratively and in a repeatable manner. One feature I particularly enjoyed was its proofing capability.

Cons

Some downsides include its high cost and the complexity of navigation for beginner users. Also, while its reports are good they could be more detailed for larger projects.

A great tool for large teams

Pros

Wrike offers several functions that help me manage teams daily, understand the time required for each task and keep track of each task's progress.

Cons

For each request, a new task gets created today. If I need to approve several items, I end up with multiple tasks for each approval, and once completed, I lose access to the history. This can lead to some disorganization over time. Additionally, I cannot filter tasks or keywords to locate a specific request, which further contributes to disorganization. These issues are better managed through email.

Pros

The customer support team listens to its customers and improves the software based on our feedback.

Cons

Onboarding the team to Wrike is very difficult and time-consuming. While the wide range of features are impressive, they cause a lot of problems for new employees to get up to speed.

A reliable platform for effective task management.

Pros

Its advanced project planning tools were instrumental for our timely task planning and completion. The detailed and inclusive analytics it provides are also invaluable for data visualization.

Cons

Revising the pricing plans would be highly beneficial as the current ones are not suitable for small teams. Many of the most important tools are only available in the premium versions.
