“Pretty Solid Project Management Tool”
Pros
Wrike is simple enough to use and tracks projects efficiently.
Cons
I am not fond of how the comment threads are arranged as it can be clunky to go back and find old comments, links or attachments.

“Extremely Disappointed with the Wrike Team”
Pros
It is a great project management solution, but it could be amazing if the support and accounts teams were better to work with. They have a fantastic product that I am considering to leave now, mainly because they seem to have developed a company syndrome and are now less considerate of smaller users. So unfortunate.
Cons
Customer service, support and billing are terrible. Beware smaller teams.

“A highly effective project management software.”
Pros
My experience with Wrike has been very positive. It is a comprehensive and user-friendly project management tool with effective real-time communication and collaboration features. It proves to be a valuable investment for significant projects due to its ease of use and integration with popular applications.
Cons
Both the free and initial paid versions lack a few functionalities for project managment, which shoudn't be missing in the paid one especially. Given its other features, our experience was satisfactory.

“Wrike is everything to successfully tracking projects”
Pros
Its unique automation capabilities allow us to skip manually handling basic tasks like document sharing and progress tracking. This has saved us time and simplified project management.
Cons
My main complaint about Wrike concerns issues with its mobile app. We have faced poor navigation and problems uploading files. Overall, there is a significant difference between using Wrike on a computer browser and the mobile app.
