“Great Task Management Tool Needs Some User Experience Improvements”
Pros
Wrike has become an essential tool for our team streamlining task management and assignments. It has significantly reduced our reliance on lengthy email chains and personal task lists. One of the biggest advantages is its archival feature which allows us to access previous project details and ensures continuity even when team members change roles. The robust record of each project in Wrike is invaluable to us.
Cons
Navigating and finding projects within the platform can be challenging for our team. The My To-Do tab works well for most people but without it it becomes overwhelming to search through folders and projects. The assign feature could be more robust especially when multiple people are assigned to a task. It's not always clear whose responsibility it is. Additionally the software generates emails for task follow-ups which goes against our intention of reducing email communication. Although I have set up automatic email filtering it can still be bothersome.

“Great for task management”
Pros
Wrike simplifies task tracking and delegation while ensuring progress can be easily monitored.
Cons
Some features in Wrike could be more intuitive. For example it would be helpful to have the option to change the default space for new tasks instead of automatically placing them in the personal space. It would also be beneficial to receive notifications of new comments without being directly tagged. These small changes could greatly improve the user experience.

“Saves so many back and forth emails”
Pros
Wrike saves us significant time by minimizing back-and-forth emailing regarding events and tasks. Its user-friendly interface allows for quick onboarding of new team members.
Cons
We encountered limitations with the forms feature which led us to use Woofoo instead. Additionally it is difficult for us to identify who our current point of contact is for assistance with new features as it frequently changes.

“Small Team that's better because of Wrike”
Pros
Implementing and gaining buy-in for Wrike may pose challenges for individuals set in their ways but this is unrelated to the tool itself. The availability of comprehensive reports in Wrike allows me to track different projects and tasks effectively. This feature plays a crucial role in keeping our team on track and accountable for their responsibilities.
Cons
It would be convenient to have the ability to edit time when adding it to a project or at least view the exact time spent. It's possible that this feature exists but I haven't discovered it yet.
