“Great tool but weak support”
Pros
Wrike is a highly user-friendly product. Despite having tried various project management tools including popular ones like JIRA we have settled on Wrike and have been using it for the past four years. In the last two years the features and billing have become more standardized allowing us to access desired features that were previously too expensive or bundled with unnecessary ones. The tool now provides useful functionalities such as proper time tracking workflow management and insightful asset commenting within tasks. It has proven to be a valuable resource for our team.
Cons
The frequent changes of account managers or success managers although common in the SaaS environment can be annoying. It becomes particularly frustrating when previous arrangements and discussions are disregarded due to the introduction of a new manager.

“I really enjoyed using Wrike”
Pros
Customizable Dashboards: The ability to create personalized dashboards displaying project information and metrics in an appealing manner is something I value. Task Management: Wrike provides advanced task management functionalities including task assignment due date setting and progress tracking. Collaboration: Real-time editing and commenting features enabled effective collaboration.
Cons
The cost especially for larger teams can be a deterrent due to its relatively higher price. Additionally the Wrike mobile app lacks the robustness of the desktop version making it challenging to use. Furthermore while Wrike does offer time-tracking features they are comparatively limited and not as comprehensive as those found in other project management software.

Pros
The customizable dashboards and reports allow for quick evaluation of project progress and identification of potential obstacles. Integration with tools like Google Drive and Slack streamlines project information management.

“My review for Wrike”
Pros
Wrike's intuitive interface and impressive level of user-friendliness have left a lasting impression on me. The platform offers a wealth of features and customization options allowing for seamless adaptation to our specific needs. One aspect I particularly appreciate is the real-time notifications and updates which help me stay informed about all ongoing activities.
Cons
What I liked least about Wrike is its potential high cost particularly if one utilizes many capabilities leading to rapidly accumulating monthly subscription fees.

“Wrike like and dislike”
Pros
The flexibility and simplicity of Wrike's approach make it effortless to incorporate new ideas into daily use.
Cons
We face limitations in the sharing hierarchy as we want to share specific subfolders or tasks but not the main folder. Additionally we desire the ability to make certain fields mandatory to fill in but this is not feasible using the traditional Task view.

Pros
Simplifies task management and completion with convenient calendar and reporting features. Real-time updates accessible from both desktop and app are truly impressive.
Cons
The mobile application can be somewhat challenging to navigate, requiring accessing details for each task individually. However, I am generally content with having a project management app accessible on my phone, enabling on-the-go functionality.

“Favorite PM system to date!”
Pros
Makes task organization, writing, and assignment straightforward and intuitive. No need to search around, unlike some other PM systems like Asana. The folder structure resembles systems like Dropbox, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Cons
Occasionally, odd glitches occur, lasting for approximately a day, such as tasks displaying strangely or even appearing empty despite containing content. These occurrences seem more frequent than anticipated.

“Quick Rollout and Efficient Tracker”
Pros
The most remarkable aspect of Wrike is its swift deployment. Consultants during professional services calls assisted in setting up the basics, allowing us to pick up speed quickly.
Cons
Certain limitations hindered full translation of business processes, but we managed to find workarounds. Nevertheless, there is room for improvement in customer service.

“It has everything you need for streamlined management of projects and tasks”
Pros
Wrike earns praise from users as an efficient project management tool. Its sleek design and user-friendly interface make delegating and tracking work effortless. Seamless team communication and robust analysis/reporting features aid in project oversight. Generating Gantt charts and receiving prompt notifications upon task completion streamline project management, while customizable widgets and dashboards cater to individual or team preferences.
Cons
The pricing of Wrike presents a significant obstacle, potentially deterring some users or smaller businesses. Providing more indices and charts would aid in smoother follow-up procedures.

“Ok”
Pros

After implementing Wrike at my previous company, I transitioned to a smaller organization with fewer users. Here, I find the pricing to be prohibitively high, making it impractical to add users as the company expands.

“Project Planning & Resource Management”
Pros
Wrike proves to be an effective web-based project management and resource planning platform, offering a balance of features, flexibility, and customization options suitable for various organizations and individuals. Its versatile project management view allows users to interact with projects in a manner that suits their preferences.
Cons
The calendar's functionality and design could use some improvement, as it feels somewhat neglected. While it serves its purpose, enhancing its aesthetics would be beneficial.

“Effective, self-customised collaboration system”
Pros
Offers flexibility and extensive features, enabling users to tailor the platform to their needs without IT support. Users can create and modify complex workflows easily, fostering continuous improvement.
Cons
There is a sense that something is missing that would be helpful. In large organizations, where different business areas rarely collaborate but share the same system, a better user management module for organizing users into clusters based on visibility preferences would be advantageous.

“Perfect for our busy marketing team!”
Pros
Currently expanding custom item types for creating project-specific templates. Integration of request forms streamlines external department requests within our workflow.
Cons
It is confusing why custom item types and fields are confined to workspaces. The lack of a centralized location for managing all fields and item types across the entire system leads to duplicate entries and confusion during assignment to projects or tasks.
