Great Task Management Tool, Needs Some User Experience Improvements

Pros

Our team struggles with project navigation and locating specific projects independently. The "My To-Do" tab works well for most, but without it, navigating through folders and projects can feel overwhelming. Additionally, enhancing the assignment feature's robustness would be beneficial. Although one can be assigned to a task, clarity diminishes when multiple people are involved in the task. Lastly, the software's generation of emails for task follow-ups feels counterproductive, considering we adopted Wrike to reduce email reliance.

Cons

Our team has difficulty navigating the projects & finding projects on their own. They can find the My To-Do tab and that works well for most people. Without that function, it can be overwhelming to dig through folders and projects.I wish the assign feature was more robust. You can be assigned to a task but if multiple people are on the task, it isn't clear that it is "in your court".Lastly, the software generates emails when you are following a task which feels counterintuitive. We use Wrike to NOT have emails and now we almost get more emails. I have mine automatically funneling into a folder in my Inbox but it is still a nuisance.

Some features could be more user-intuitive. For instance, allowing users to change the default space for new tasks instead of automatically placing them in the personal space. Also, notifications for new comments without direct tagging would improve user experience.

I wish some of the features were more intuitive. For example, I wish that instead of it defaulting to put new tasks in my personal space, I could change the default space. I also wish it would notify users of new comments without needing to be directly tagged. Small changes, but I think they would make a big difference

Saves so many back and forth emails

Pros

Several limitations on forms necessitated the use of Woofoo. Furthermore, identifying the current contact person for assistance with new features can be challenging due to frequent changes.

Cons

There were a few limitations on the forms that made us need to use Woofoo. The hardest part for us is it's hard to know who our current "contact" for help is that can show us some new features because it changes so often.

Pros

Editing time while adding it to a project or accessing detailed time logs would be beneficial. Although such features might exist, discovering them remains elusive.

Cons

I wish there were a way to edit time when you're adding time to a project; or at least go in and see exactly what time you've spent. There may be a way, but I've yet to find it.
