“Varying permission levels”
Pros
It is a solid project management app that makes it simple to monitor ongoing projects. I'm able to set varying permission levels for team members and I find importing and exporting data to be quite simple.
Cons
I do find it can feel cluttered when lots of information accumulates and personally I would prefer a cleaner, more organized interface layout.

“Advanced system”
Pros
I appreciate how capable it is and that it feels more advanced than a basic to-do board such as Trello or Asana. Creating workflows, Gantt charts, tasks and assigning people is simple and the platform is very powerful with a wide range of customization options.
Cons
Overall it helps me keep things organized and is a solid tool but I sometimes find that several of its capabilities are more than what smaller or simpler teams require. While certain features feel excessive for groups that don't need every bell and whistle, it's still manageable and I enjoy using it to coordinate our team's projects.

“makes projects manageable”
Pros
Initially, I liked it because it makes handling even complicated projects manageable by breaking them down into smaller tasks. Its reporting is clear and easy to interpret and I also find the mobile app convenient to use.
Cons
I do find the interface somewhat complex. After every update, I have to take extra time to get used to the newly added features and how they work.

“simple and adaptable”
Pros
I've got a dedicated space at my disposal for handling and organizing the tasks belonging to the various projects I'm running. The way it lets me administer and assign tasks is genuinely simple on this user-friendly, adaptable platform and I can securely manage whatever project information I need. Because it's cross-platform, I can monitor progress from any device which helps me stay informed about developments no matter where I am working.
Cons
Sometimes I'm struck by how many features the platform packs in. I can't tell whether we're ever using it to its full extent although in the end it does accomplish the objectives we set out to achieve.

“Helpful for managing huge number of tasks”
Pros
We depend on it for managing hundreds of individual tasks and larger projects across our organization. Our team routinely uses the platform to assign work to various members and to keep track of who is doing what and when. What I find most useful is being able to compose and add notes in real time during meetings. That live-note feature is extremely handy, everyone can contribute ideas as they come up and by the end of the session we can allocate tasks to people based on the conclusions we've reached together. Another strong point is its email integration which means I don't have to stop what I'm doing or open the full app to respond to a notification. I can just reply directly from my email.
Cons
I think it generally works well but I don't consider it perfect because it's missing one useful feature. A spell checker in the comments area. That capability matters to me and it's unfortunate that it still doesn't offer a built-in spell check for comment fields.

“Unreliable app”
Pros
It covers everything including Kanban boards, timesheets, a Gantt chart and lots of other features. New users might feel a little overwhelmed at first but I got comfortable with it.
Cons
On my Mac I find the app unreliable. It looks like it's built with Electron so I suspect the other platforms act the same. And tasks that should update instantly often don't refresh on the Kanban board. Because it packs so many capabilities, I also think it comes across as overly complex to some people. A bit of streamlining would help since a few functions feel unnecessary and redundant.

“Simple task management tool”
Pros
I've found the task management tool simple to pick up and work with. Its internal structure makes it simple for me to connect certain tasks to one another.
Cons
It would be great if there were broader third-party integrations so I can export calendar data more easily.

“Pleasant experience”
Pros
Found this project management app really simple to use and it looks great which makes organizing work more pleasant.
Cons
I think part of why it's so user-friendly and visually clean is that it removes a lot of the advanced features found in tools like Microsoft Project, capabilities that most people seldom need or actually use.

“Superb solution for communication”
Pros
I rely on it to communicate with others and to keep our projects organized.
Cons
When we used it to track service issues, I found it a little tricky to follow the progress though our engineering team actually prefers it. Also, it sends daily email reminders that can pile up.

“Easy to pick up”
Pros
We were invited to try this as a client through one of our vendors and I found the interface extremely simple. It was easy to get started, very user-friendly overall and it genuinely helps keep our project nicely organized.
Cons
Haven't seen anything about the tool that I dislike so far and there aren't any issues I've run into yet that would change my opinion.

“Complex and costly”
Pros
The range of available views means there's a layout to suit everyone's individual time-management preferences. It makes juggling different projects and deadlines much easier. I can see every action recorded on a task which really helps with transparency and accountability. The forms are hands-down my favorite tool. I can build forms that automatically spin up projects for my team, saving loads of time. They recently introduced something called Blueprint that trims down clutter on the dashboard. Blueprint lets you store templates separately and that addition was incredibly valuable for us in our everyday processes too.
Cons
My take is that the software feels really complex. Since it's so granular, I found it inconvenient. Also, the account managers didn't give help when setting up the account in a way that suited our team. Instead they'll point you toward deployment specialists which adds roughly a $2k fee. That price seemed a bit steep just to have my basic questions addressed.

Pros

Pros
I can easily manage tasks for any event or software and meetings get handled without any trouble. Generating reports for my daily tasks is simple and based on how I use it, this is the best tool I've found for marketing.

“Easy to follow each task all the way through”
Pros
We've been able to keep our small team of fifteen organized. Wrike makes it simple to set up and follow each task from start to finish. I found it simple to install and use. There are a number of ways for our team to add tasks, through the web interface, the desktop client, the Outlook add-in or just by sending an email. I can tag tasks in multiple ways so they appear wherever I need them in the system. It also sends email nudges about upcoming or overdue items to help me stay on top of things.
Cons
You need to pay extra to get the high-level overview. The reporting features, management tools and dashboards that let me monitor a project's status and keep track of everything are pricey.

“Improves efficiency!”
Pros
I've found this web-based platform really boosts efficiency and productivity. It lets me schedule, monitor, collaborate on and carry out projects in a clear organized manner. What I like most is the three-panel layout that shows the key parts of tasks in progress. I can organize items into folders and tag other team members easily and overall it feels very practical and secure to use.
Cons
The Professional plan's pricing feels reasonable to me. That said many of the other tiers are somewhat costly and might be a bit too expensive for certain companies.

“Satisfied with service and features”
Pros
When I talk about the positives, I'd say it is an excellent project management tool that has genuinely simplified collaboration across our team. It helps us get our tasks done in a much shorter time frame. I also appreciate that it's fully usable on mobile devices which makes working on the go effortless. What impresses me most is how user-friendly the whole system feels.
Cons
There aren't any real downsides, this product feels very well designed and I haven't encountered any flaws. I'm completely happy with the level of customer support and the remaining features and services meet my needs without issue. Overall I'm genuinely satisfied with everything this software offers.

“Free version is limited”
Pros
Signing up was simple and painless. I actually enjoyed the promotional video I caught on YouTube.
Cons
I planned to try the free version before paying but that left me disappointed. The app feels limited with too few features and the Gantt chart which is the primary thing I wanted to use, is locked behind a paywall. From my perspective the interface doesn't look appealing and creating tasks responds more slowly than I expected which makes the whole workflow feel sluggish.

“Splits large projects”
Pros
I find it makes large, intimidating projects much easier to manage by splitting them into bite-sized tasks and I also like that it supports assigning work across multiple projectssomething I haven't seen in many other tools.
Cons
Because everything is divided into individual tasks, the interface can start to feel a little crowded and cluttered when viewing the site.
