“timesaver”
Pros
Our department has been using it to manage projects and track tasks for more than a year and I can honestly say it's been a fantastic tool for us. Over that time our team's workflow has become smoother and we've seen real gains in efficiency and productivity. What I appreciate most is the simple, uncluttered interface, it's user-friendly and quick to navigate so team members pick it up fast. I also really value the email integration. Whenever an assigned task notification lands in my inbox I can reply straight away from the email which saves time, reduces context switching and keeps our work moving forward without constant app switching.
Cons
I haven't run into any major problems with Wrike so far but its search functionality could be improved. It frequently returns too many irrelevant results which clutters the results and leaves me puzzled when I'm trying to find a specific task or file quickly.

When I upgrade to the more advanced plans, it gets expensive.

“Feature rich tool”
Pros
With the paid version, I have all the tools I need to manage projects. The web-based interface is user-friendly and customer support is excellent.
Cons
I found the cost a little high for our needs. That said the pricing could be acceptable depending on your situation.

“simple to edit docs”
Pros
I value the customizable panels that let me arrange tasks in ways that fit how I work, plus the option to add comments directly onto images. It also makes editing documents simple and efficient.
Cons
I find the button layout awkward and the platform could offer more integration options. The search feels incomplete, it struggles especially when dealing with comments and subtasks and seems buggy in those areas.

“Lets me leave comments”
Pros
Really appreciate it because it lets me annotate and leave comments directly on videos and images online. I rely on it every day for simple project management tasks and it offers a wide range of features.
Cons
The extensive set of features meant I spent a lot of time learning how everything works and the interface isn't particularly user-friendly which made the onboarding slower than I'd like.

“Feels over-engineered”
Pros
When it comes to project management tools, I wouldn't call it the worst I've used. Its web, desktop and mobile apps sync up pretty smoothly. I like that the email alerts are simple to tailor to how I work. Having multiple ways to look at what I'm working on, like the stream and calendar is helpful and I appreciate that the interface feels sleek and up-to-date.
Cons
I find it somewhat over-engineered. Compared with Trello, it throws many more features at the user and I often don't make use of most of them. That extra complexity feels unnecessary for my typical workflow.

“Easy to copy tasks”
Pros
Using Wrike, I find it simple to copy tasks and assign them to team members which really cuts down on the time I spend. Its information panels are handy for me to navigate and reference. With little effort I was able to set up my own event templates.
Cons
The user interface doesn't feel user-friendly enough for my workflow. I really miss having a spell-checker in the comments field. Also, I've noticed tasks don't refresh or update in real time.

“monitors overall progress”
Pros
We rely on it to organize our projects, record time spent and invoice clients for our services. It's packed with a wide range of features that help our team collaborate, critique deliverables and monitor overall progress. The Gantt chart, in particular, is a team favorite in the office. It helps us realistically plan project schedules and factor in potential setbacks and delays.
Cons
Because it includes such a large number of features, the learning curve is quite steep. It requires a fair amount of time for me to understand where every capability is located and how the workflows operate, even for a team as small as ours.

Pros
I appreciate how smoothly it connects with a wide range of third-party providers and I find it simple and user-friendly even for people who aren't tech-savvy.

“Extremely userfriendly”
Pros
Recording my hours feels as simple as saving a file in Windows Explorer. The layout looks familiar so it's incredibly user-friendly to use. Because our projects move through many production stages, I'm never unsure where to log my time. I can easily map our company's workflow into the app without much ffort. Accessing due dates, assigned hours and other details is simple for me.
Cons
It would be great if the filters I set were saved so I didn't have to reapply them every time. Right now I'm constantly re-entering my filter choices whenever I want to pull up the hours I've logged for the week which gets tedious.

“Comes with a lot of features”
Pros
I've found this project management platform really solid. It comes with a wide range of features and lets me work conveniently with my colleagues on implementations, share the files we need and set and manage deadlines without any fuss.
Cons
Support has been weak for me. The help I needed didn't come through when it mattered and I was left without timely assistance. Also, after every update I have to spend time figuring out what's changed because many of the new elements feel illogical.

“monitors ongoing projects”
Pros
This tool makes it simple to monitor ongoing projects. I also find that exporting and importing data is simple and I can easily assign team members to tasks.
Cons
I wish it had built-in predictive analytics, meeting scheduling and payroll features. Right now it doesn't offer those capabilities and I also can't turn off the automatic timing for tasks once they're being recorded.

“Lets me set varying permission levels”
Pros
We rely on this tool at my company to comprehensively track every project. With Wrike, I find it simple to import and export information and I can set varying permission levels so different team members have appropriate access.
Cons
Would be better if tge app had a built-in chat, there's no way to message directly inside it. Also, whenever they roll out an update I end up spending a fair amount of time learning the new features and adjustments they've made.

“Wonderful request feature”
Pros
The biggest draw to using Wrike is its request feature. Often our team used to waste hours sorting audits, requests and proposals through a flood of emails but with this system those tasks get handled quickly and without the mess. I really appreciate how much customization the app allows, we've tailored views and fields to match our workflows. The dashboards are user-friendly and have made it much easier for us to keep tabs on how tasks and projects are progressing. You can flip between different chart views depending on the timeline you're managing. For instance, the Gantt chart is a huge help when a project contains a lot of interdependent tasks. Creating duplicate tasks and assigning them to teammates is simple which saves time. Overall using Wrike has increased visibility across our work and cut down on mistakes that usually come from miscommunication.
Cons
We noticed that team members without much project-management background struggle a bit so some kind of onboarding or basic training would really help them get up to speed. Also, I wasn't able to find a calendar view that could be shared across the whole team which would have made scheduling and coordination much easier.

“Can attach files”
Pros
I'm a big fan of Wrike! I rely on it every day to keep all my event-related tasks and requests organized. It's super simple to create tasks and assign the right people, set deadlines, attach files (even straight from Google Drive) and monitor how things are progressing. I've built my own event templates that I can copy and paste which include all the standard tasks that need completing for every event so I don't have to reinvent the wheel each time a new project starts. When I duplicate event tasks, I can also carry over the same assignment rules and descriptions which saves me a ton of time because I'm usually working with the same core team on these items.
Cons
When I copy tasks over, they frequently retain their previous dates instead of shifting to new ones which means I end up having to change the deadlines by hand for every item. Also, unless I manually mark tasks as finished, completed items pile up and make it harder to see what's still pending. That said this is really a user habit issue more than a big flaw, the simplest fix is to adopt a practice of marking tasks complete as soon as they're done to keep the list tidy.

“Detailed project management”
Pros
I've found it to be a fully featured project management tool. I can easily monitor project progress as it happens. There are plenty of metrics available, such as team performance stats and total hours tracked. I can quickly create tasks and subtasks and attach time logs to each of them without hassle.
Cons
The timelog interface lets me apply various filters but I lose those filters once the week rolls by. I end up having to reset my filters every single week which over time becomes a little tedious and repetitive.

“Built-in chat feature missing”
Pros
Its an excellent for scaling project management, it really handles growing workloads well. The integrations with common forms are handy and make life easier. I also appreciate being able to edit and update our forms so tasks stay clearly defined which is genuinely useful.
Cons
We're held back by the lack of a built-in chat feature which prevents us from reaching the level of efficiency we'd like. Since timely communication is central to outstanding customer service, not having a chat undermines our ability to deliver the best possible performance.
