Very easy to use and allows me to focus on priority tasks.
Pros

I have been using the software as a productivity partner, which has been great. It has allowed me to focus on what is most important. It helps me plan my day by combining the greatest elements of any task management and keeping me updated on whats happening and coming up soon. The software is straightforward, with a beautiful design that lets me focus on what needs my attention the most. All of my projects are stored in one place, so I can view them quickly and set reminders, so I dont forget about them and add details like attachments and comments.

Cons

I would love to see them improve the connection between multiple devices so that I can access my lists from other devices conveniently. There are a few things that it does not put much effort into, and it shows. Quick fixes can be made that will greatly enhance the performance of this software. They also need to work on the connectivity with other services, such as Google Calendar and Dropbox and add customization choices for when reminders are triggered, such as location-based reminders.

Very straightforward and capable.
Pros

Microsoft has made Wunderlist very simple, but sometimes simplicity is all that is required. What I like about Wunderlist is that it is a straightforward tool for task management. Ive used the ToDoist feature for a while, which is also very useful but is very advanced (and naturally very complex). I wanted something to keep track of my chores and make adding and editing them simple, and Wunderlist is perfect for that. I am very satisfied with the user interface of the software as well as its general feel.

Cons

Depending on whether Im running late, I have often wanted to print off my incomplete chores on paper. But it does not allow me to do so. I can print a list of open tasks, though. However, it will also be great if this feature (or I dont know the right word to use here) is added. I can see a list of tasks for the next seven days, but not what I have open afterward. In ToDoist, I could examine tasks from the previous week in the Inbox and a month after the current date. But it was way more expensive than this one. As a workaround, Im using a tag that allows me to look for tasks over a week old.

Excellent cloud-based task management
Pros

It makes collaborating with your colleagues so efficient with solid file sharing and schedule management. The UI is simple enough so that the employees not really proficient with computers can still use it effectively. Seamless integrations with Gmail, Outlook and several other applications valuable for a business are also helpful.

Cons

The drag-and-drop feature is still buggy. Adding multiple projects for the current date and a future date at the same time is not possible. It has to be done separately.

The software has taken care of our project management needs.
Pros

Wunderlist is extremely modern and features a really clean user interface. It is very important to us IT folks that the software performs as well as it looks, and Wunderlist has not disappointed us. This appealing and simple-to-use design encourages us to glance at our to-do list even when we don’t need to and get more stuff done than we used to. The functionality that allows us to have conversations by commenting on a shared to-do list is handy when a group works on a single task/project. I also utilized the option to restore deleted to-do lists multiple times because I needed to identify the milestones of a specific project.

Cons

I would appreciate it if the struck-through to-do items were listed on the same list rather than on a separate, hidden list. It just takes a bit more time than I’d like. I would also like to suggest some software gamification so that the users could earn points upon completing the assigned tasks, which would then be translated into real-world benefits like leaves, free lunch etc. It is as tedious as crossing an item off a to-do list on paper. Furthermore, I’d appreciate it if the notice process was upgraded, as it is currently somewhat average.
