“Such am elegant app!”
Pros
I love how Zenkit offers me an all-in-one package with seamless transition between all available modes. I can just jump between modes to add the information where it is clear and visible the most.
Cons
It took me a little too long to get familiar with all its capabilities.

“Outstanding & Essential Task & Project Management”
Pros
THIS is outstanding at task & project management. It is super customizable and easy to use. Our business can not live without it!
Cons
The only downside to using Zenkit is that it's not free. However, in life, there is no such thing as a "free lunch" or free-anything that's of value.

“Zenkit Is Terrific”
Pros
It is full-featured and powerful, yet easy to use. With more fields and options than its competitors, it is more useful and flexible.
Cons
It is great for task management, but not as much for large project management.

“Perfect for research project management”
Pros
Zenkit has an incredibly flexible interface that makes it the perfect tool for working with team members with various technical backgrounds. What I like the most is that any data can be structured the way I like, and all the information is then arranged just as I want it to be. It feels natural to use Zenkit for my projects.
Cons
The mind map representation differs slightly from that found in mind mapping software; however, this difference appears to be primarily the result of web-based limitations.

“Good tracking software with a simple UI.”
Pros
I love using it to track client projects and my business expenses. I save receipts and other documents and control my work calendar. All the data is safely available on both my desktop and phone. Zenkit is quite reasonably priced and modern. New users will find blogs and video tutorials to be especially helpful.
Cons
I am paying for the “Plus” plan which only gets me 6GB of storage while when I used the free trial, I had 1GB. The storage size jump is not as much as it should’ve been. Even Google provides more storage than this for free.

“Using Zenkit for Research Projects”
Pros
Zenkit's interface is highly configurable, making it ideal to collaborate with team members with different technical backgrounds. One of the most amazing characteristics, though, is that any data can be relational - pretty much like in a RDB - and I can create my own data structures to organize myself as I prefer.
Cons
The mindmap representation is a bit different from what I am used to in mind-mapping related software, but this seems to be mostly due to web components limitations.

“Easy to organise projects in our team”
Pros
We use this to organize our weekly meetings. We have various projects in the department and Zenkit helps us keep on top of everything. We can mark when tasks are complete, and this helps us keep track.
Cons
It would be nice to have backgrounds on the free plan.

“I was spoiled by Wunderlist”
Pros
I was very happy when Wunderlist went invisible, that I was able to import all my files, lists, schedules, and archives into Zenkit. I expected to make few adjustments and carry on with my routines as they had been.
Cons
I like to use repeat functions on lists, so that daily / weekly / monthly tasks can be entered, set up, and forgotten. I have been unable to do this with ease in Zenkit.

“Our GQueues, Wunderlist & Trello Replacement.”
Pros
One of the best things is that both Windows/Desktop and Android are very close for UI. I also like that the same data can be looked at as a List, Kanban Card (which is how we use it most) to making mindmaps, Calendar, and Table. That helps for planning as well as looking at history. The 2-way Google calendar sync works well, both easy to set up and how events in Calendar show up in Zenkit. The biggest thing I like is the checklist inside a Kanban Card and the "Done" that has both a check dot and also a checkmark. That allows for see a two-level completion process.
Cons
It is a little quirky, and setting time, for example, requires some getting used to. If the end date gets before the start as you modify it, it will not save even if corrected until you clear the end date and start over. After a while, I got into the habit of clearing the end date. I do miss from Trello how a checklist item can be made into a Kanban Card by a click. Had a few instances where syncing seems to lag. This is most noticeable when you are using the desktop app in Windows and have it opened in a browser like Chrome. Desktop does not appear to always update on its own.

“Best Software for Information Management”
Pros
The standard views replace any kanban board out there, the other views add a lot more.
Cons
Sometimes, performance is a little sub-optimal (especially on the app) but in the past two years, a lot has happened and the team has improved this point already. Looking forward to the next updates.

Pros
The look on the desktop. It is an all-in-all good solution on the desktop and really pleasant to use.
Cons

“Powerful and on the rise”
Pros
As a PhD Candidate, I have to manage different projects, students, presentations, etc., each with different time horizons and most on my own. I really like the kanban and hierarchy mode to structure my overall projects (collection) and its different smaller tasks within. Also, I keep track of one-liners (simple, one-step tasks with low priority but rising urgency). Zenkit allows me to keep an overview of what I have to do and done already for each project. I recommend the to-do add-in and each task should have a due date.
Cons
With the new Zenkit to-do software, it should be easier to track daily and weekly tasks for each project by integrating the collections into the to-do software. Yet this feature does not work properly. Nevertheless, the support is very good and helpful.

“Great for Small Business”
Pros
I like that our team can see our plans and data in a variety of different formats, as each person has a different work style - some prefer tables, some Kanban, some Gantt. Everyone can get what they want and need.
Cons
Overall, the biggest challenge is not the software itself but getting our team to use it effectively and wholly. But that's an issue with every software implementation.

“Great Idea”
Pros
There is a lot of flexibility. It does a great job of allowing me to look at my data in different ways.
Cons
The API and automation are lacking. It is hard to automate tasks. I think AirTable has a much better API and automation system. Zenkit does have an easy system to click a checkbox and set a task to 'Done'.

“A great alternative”
Pros
Zenkit combines where other software needs to be linked. It is not only an organizational tool and group task planner but can also handle parts of a can and inventory. Being very customizable with lots of features it has its pitfalls, and you get fast to its limitations when you want to use it outside its core.
Cons
Included above, it quickly gets to limitations outside the task management functions.
