While the support team is fantastic, I think there should be more beginner-friendly videos explaining Zenkit's main features.

Their multiple levels of hierarchy and diverse view options, especially the mind map view, have been invaluable for visualizing project scope and task relationships. The fact that these features are available in the free version sets it apart from competitors like Asana.

I do not have any major dislikes. I would appreciate a Gantt chart feature and tools for project time estimation, but those are just extras. The core product is excellent.
