I appreciate the functionality of the product in our industry. It's preferred by team members and managers who prefer electronic solutions over paper. Tasks are either completed or not, leaving no room for oversight.
Cons
It would be beneficial to have a longer minimum time frame for completing certain questions. Additionally, setting up auto-generated reports can be a bit cumbersome due to filtering settings.

I love the idea that I can remotely view my stores completion of vital forms and send pictures of any issues or verify that things are as they should be.
Cons
The system is not very user-friendly as I thought and the training provided seemed incomplete. The staff is great, but I feel like the follow-up and assistance I need to fully understand the system are not there. I am likely not going to add other locations and won't renew my subscription. I understand that some of this may be due to my expectations not aligning with what I actually received.

Pros
Their customer support team is outstanding; I never had to wait long to get assistance. While this software already has exciting features, some minor details could use a bit more attention, which only become apparent through daily use. I am personally a fan of their Zenput Labels software, as it has made our team's life so much easier. Great discoveries!
Cons
As someone new to technologies, I find it a bit complex at times. It would be helpful if basic tutorials were provided.

Having everything electronically accessible from anywhere is something that is not an issue with Zenput.
Cons
The email list is fixed and can't be adjusted as needed, particularly for forms that need to be sent to different groups of people. The form calculations are quite basic which requires frequent reliance on support. Additionally, the team has to rely on Zenput support to update locations, even though a mapping application is used. The date and time fields cannot be separated or should have separate options.

Pros
Zenput is pretty easy to use. One suggestion for improvement would be to automatically direct users to unanswered questions when reviewing the table of contents, rather than having to scroll from the top. It would also be helpful to have the option to add comments even when marking a question as N/A. Sometimes, providing a reason for N/A is valuable for those who review the report.
Cons
There have been a couple of instances where my draft didn't save. Also it would be beneficial if I could arrange the questions within each section in the order I prefer. Currently, there's a lot of back and forth between different areas of the restaurant, especially when following the flow of the audit. For example, if I'm in the cooler, I'd like to audit all the items for that section before moving on. If we had the option to create our own master template, using all the items on the audit and setting the flow practically within each location, the process will become much more efficient.

I'm impressed by the fact that now I can easily create new forms and use forms from the Domino's brand hub that other franchises have already created. Setting up distribution to the right individuals is also a breeze.
Cons
As a growing franchise, we've added 7 stores since our initial sign-up. It was disappointing that we couldn't add another location at a pro-rated cost within our organization. It seemed that we either had to sign a separate contract for each new location or wait until the entire organization was up for renewal.

This software allows me to standardize reporting and checklists across my organizations. I love the immediate data sharing options it provides.
Cons
It can be a bit confusing to have each location set up as a user. While I know I can add more users, I'm unsure about the best approach. Also I am having trouble getting my non-management staff to use the system regularly, and I would like to involve more people from my organization.
