Zenput software is incredibly adaptable and simple to use. The software allows for extensive customization. It gathers the data that our firm needs to detect and fix problems while also providing a terrific experience for our team members and associates. Forms are simple to design and administer. Implementation and training are straightforward. Customer support is also really helpful, always replying to our queries on time. The ability to reduce paper use while maintaining an electronic record is great. Overall, it is fantastic software for managing our companys processes and streamlining operations.
Cons
Attempting to obtain a percentage or total score is complex and time-consuming to set up for us. Whenever we made a mistake, it was really difficult to pinpoint where we went wrong. We cant switch projects right away. It does not allow us to transfer information from one form to the next. We also cannot add categories to sort forms. Whenever we had to access the edit form, we were compelled to visit the web page, which is quite frustrating. We are in contact with the vendor to work on the issue, and we are hoping for it to be resolved soon.

Pros
This software is pretty great and solved most of our problems. The strategy we had previously utilized in in our last office, was not evident, team acceptance was low. The teams perspective drastically changed when we switched to Zenput. Because to the Zenput and system, which has allowed us to incorporate new standards throughout the covid pandemic, weve been able to stay ahead of the competition. The software offers amazing functionality and solutions for us. I absolutely love the ease of use and ability to customize to business specific needs, something I actively look for.
Cons
There were only a few things I disliked at the time, I could not integrate other software with zenput, which made it a little tricky. However, I was able to find workarounds. The multilingual support in order for us to use it in non-English speaking markets like the Asia Pacific region, that feature would be much appreciated. Apart from that there is nothing to hate about the Zenput System, I just hope that they keep improving the software and make more assessable to a wider audience, that way we can have a convo. with a bigger user base.

The ability to customize forms to our specific business requirements, check in on the status of any of our stores at any time, and receive a daily completion rate per location provides us with invaluable data. We may also drill down by making specific inquiries on a certain date or time range to gain significant wisdom and the capacity to assess our business in greater depth. I particularly like the ability to establish personalized triggers in each form that can alert the departments that have an immediate need to know.
Cons
Zenputs least favorite feature is that it lacks follow-up action in back-and-forth completion between two users. It would be really beneficial if it could be changed to require certain forms to be completed in order for certain actions to be triggered on another form. Also, if the formulas had more auto-marking options. I simply hope that they continue to improve the software and make it more accessible to a wider audience so that we can have a conversation with a larger user base and, perhaps, US users can share and learn from each others experiences.

Zenput is really comprehensive. We use it for our training system and to keep track of cleaning lists. I havent been able to attend any of your Zoom trainings, but I would love to so that I can learn a little bit more in-depth how to use Zenput for our day-to-day needs. Zenput, in my opinion, is incredibly organized and versatile. The power of analytics allows you to identify trends quickly and notify of deviations and issues as they occur in real-time.
Cons
I wish Zenput could integrate with other software, like Harris. However, I am quite pleased with zenput; I believe it performs admirably. I hope we could categorize the notes by parts on the user end and make the submissions more visible to those in the same group. But I believe I need to learn a little more about zenput. The software is very relevant in todays PM market; they just need to keep adding new features and improving the interface.

Working with the Zenput team to create forms is effortless. My team grasps it well. I have the flexibility to monitor task completion progress as much or as little as I prefer. It facilitates communication with my employees regarding areas where improvements are needed, making my life as a business owner much easier.

Setting up initially was tough, especially with a hectic schedule. It took me longer than expected to iron out the kinks. However, the Zenput team was understanding and supportive throughout.
