“Meets all our expectations
Pros
Zenput software is really adaptable and easy to use. It also gives us a lot of customization options. Plus it collects the data our company needs to spot and fix issues, all while giving our team members and associates a smooth experience. Designing and managing forms is also quite simple and the implementation and training were easy. Customer support is also great as they always respond to our questions quickly. Plus I really appreciate how it helps reduce paper use while still keeping an electronic record. Overall, it's fantastic software for managing our companys processes and making operations run more smoothly.
Cons
Trying to get a percentage or total score set up is not easy and time-consuming process for us. And when we made mistakes, it was really hard to figure out exactly where things went wrong. We also can't switch between projects easily, and there is no way to transfer info from one form to another, which is a bit of a hassle. Plus, we cannot add categories to sort the forms and every time we needed to edit a form, we had to go to the webpage. We are in touch with the vendor about these issues, and we're hoping to get them sorted out soon.

“Makes managing day-to-day tasks hassle-free
Pros
It's pretty good and solves most of our problems. The strategy we were using in our last office was not working well and team acceptance was low. But everything changed when we switched to Zenput. Thanks to Zenput and the system, we have been able to implement new standards throughout the COVID pandemic and stay ahead of the competition. Plus it offers amazing functionality and solutions for us. What I really love is how easy it is to use and how customizable it is to fit our specific business needs. Thats something I really look for in software.
Cons
There were only a few things I disliked about it such as I could not integrate other software with zenput, which made it a little tricky. However, I was able to find workarounds. The multilingual support in order for us to use it in non-English speaking markets like the Asia Pacific region, that feature would be much appreciated. Apart from that there is nothing to hate about the Zenput System, I just hope that they keep improving the software and make more assessable to a wider audience, that way we can have a convo. with a bigger user base.

“Streamlines audit processes
Pros
The option to customize forms to match our specific business needs has proven to be a huge benefit for me. I can check on the status of any of our stores at any time and we also get a daily completion rate for each location, which gives us invaluable data. Whats great is that we can drill down further by looking at specific dates or time ranges, which really helps us get a deeper understanding of our business. One feature I especially like is being able to set up personalized triggers in each form that notify the departments who need to know right away.
Cons
Zenput doesn't have a follow-up action for back-and-forth completion between two users. Also it would be really helpful if it required certain forms to be completed before triggering actions on another form. Also, I wish the formulas had more auto-marking options to make things easier. I am really hoping they continue improving the software and make it more accessible to a wider audience, so we can have conversations with more users and, maybe US users can share and learn from each others experiences.

“Reliable choice...
Pros
Zenput is really comprehensive. We use it for our training system and to keep track of cleaning lists. I havent been able to attend any of your Zoom trainings but I would love to so that I can learn a little bit more in-depth how to use Zenput for our day to day needs. In my opinion, it is quite organized and versatile. Also the power of analytics allows you to identify trends quickly and notify of deviations and issues as they occur in real-time.
Cons
I wish Zenput could integrate with other software, like Harris. However, I am quite pleased with zenput as I believe it performs the best. Also I hope we can categorize the notes by parts on the user end and make the submissions more visible to those in the same group. But I believe I need to learn a little more about zenput. The software is very relevant in todays PM market as they just need to keep adding new features and improving the interface.

“A complete solution
Pros
Creating and managing forms is so easy. Also, setting it up and training both is a simple process too. The reduction in paper usage and having electronic records are absolutely outstanding features for me.
Cons
There is really nothing that I find difficult about it. The team at Zenput is very helpful, especially when it comes to working with advanced formulas.

I really love the option of having consistent standards across the company. Plus, the flexibility to create any forms I need is a huge plus.
Cons
Well I find it challenging to create and edit users and forms and I'm still struggling with it. Customizing forms to populate scores is also still a bit tricky for me.

“Decent but advanced features are missing
Pros
Triggers, temperature monitoring, HACCP compliance, tests, and task management are all covered by Zenput. In short it covers all the requirements we had.
Cons
I have run into a few issues like not being able to switch projects right away, not being able to transfer information between forms and not having the option to add categories for sorting forms. Also, when I need to edit forms, I am forced to go onto the web page, which causes a lot of inconvenience.

Working with the Zenput team to create forms is so easy. Also my team able to understand it well. Plus I have the flexibility to monitor task completion progress as much or as little as I prefer. Also it facilitates communication with my employees regarding areas where improvements are needed, making my life as a business owner much easier.
Cons
Setting it up was definitely tricky for me, especially with how busy my life gets as I barely had the time to get everything going. And working out the kinks took longer than I'd hoped. But honestly, thats more on me than on Zenput. Their team has been very understanding and absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process.

Pros
It is fairly easy to use and I love that there is plenty of space for notes. Also the different options available for reports are a big plus for me too.
Cons
Even thoug it sends emails to everyone involved but the only thing I wish for is that I could print it while I'm working on it instead of waiting until it is done.

One thing I love about Zenput is that it allows me to store a huge part of our field operations collaborations in one place. Plus it keeps everything organized and easy to access.
Cons

I love how Zenput holds all Area Coaches accountable for fieldwork, allowing me to follow up or calibrate their tasks anytime. Customizable forms tailored to our needs are more beneficial than traditional forms.
