“great for online learning”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy about the platform is its interface which feels clean and user friendly. My favorite feature is the real-time screen control because it makes it much simpler to guide someone when they get stuck and need help. For online learning, it honestly feels like one of the best tools available.
Cons
The only downside I've noticed with this software is that it feels a bit overpriced compared to some other video conferencing apps. Every now and then, it also starts lagging and on rare occasions it even crashes. It doesn't happen often but when it does, it's definitely the part that frustrates me the most.

“my review”
Pros
Running live online classes has given me the chance to test the platform against popular alternatives like Teams, Cisco Webex and Google Meet and its screen sharing has been the most dependable by far. Other platforms tend to start buffering, lagging or dropping in video quality after a while especially during longer sessions. the platform keeps the screen broadcast stable, maintains the highest possible resolution and continues performing well even through classes that last 4 to 5 hours.
Cons
When scheduling a meeting, the Outlook plugin works well for sending it by email as an Outlook appointment which is convenient. The downside is that the available plugins are mostly limited to Outlook and Gmail. It would be much better if there were more sharing options, such as creating meeting appointments through Yandex Mail or Samsung Calendar.

“Good experience”
Pros
Using the platform has been a really positive experience thanks to its user friendly interface and the fact that it works well across desktop, mobile and browser. It also comes with plenty of useful audience management features, such as muting participants, assigning presenter rights and similar controls.
Cons
The only downside I noticed is that video conferencing uses a lot of bandwidth and there is no option to adjust the video quality. It would be much better if users could choose video quality based on their internet speed.

“works for large meetings”
Pros
Compared with similar video conferencing tools, the biggest advantage here is how many participants it supports. Screen sharing is also very quick and features like on-screen drawing and interactive emojis make virtual meetings feel much more engaging. I've never really had bandwidth problems with the platform and even when my WiFi connection fluctuates, it still manages things very well. Another big plus is the dedicated desktop app which is really convenient and comes packed with lots of useful features. The large meeting add-on is another standout since it lets up to 1000 users join and that's something you don't see on many other platforms.
Cons
There have only been a few occasions where I noticed slight jitters while sharing my screen although that was most likely due to my own network connection. Other than that, I really haven't run into any issues at all. Overall, the platform has been excellent.

“clear quality audio”
Pros
Creating and joining meetings with the platform is very easy and it works reliably enough that people can use it without any real training. The audio quality is also consistently good which makes calls much better.
Cons
Support can be pretty inconsistent. Live chat is often unavailable, support tickets usually take quite a while to get a response and the Office 365 integration could definitely be better.

“nice features”
Pros
Sharing my screen, audio and video in the platform is really easy and the virtual background feature is a nice bonus. It also makes attendee management very simple during meetings.
Cons
A very stable internet connection is necessary and that is not always available depending on the location or time. At times some participants get disconnected which I assume happens because their internet connection is weak.

“packed with useful tools”
Pros
One thing that really keeps me using the platform is how feature rich it is for video calls. The screen sharing is especially practical and it comes with a lot of helpful options that work really well when I'm presenting. The scheduling feature is also a big plus because it helps me stay on top of all my meetings directly in the app. Also the app marketplace is incredibly useful since it gives me access to hundreds of third-party apps and integrations that expand what the software can do.
Cons
My biggest complaint with the platform is its mobile app which still feels more limited than the desktop version and could definitely include more features. I'd also say the host-side interface is not the most accessible especially when it comes to managing users and finding other useful tools. It would be much better if all of those features were organized in one place inside the app. Aside from that, I really don't have any other negatives to point out.

“So easy to use”
Pros
Using the platform has been very easy. It's simple to present, share my screen or even hand over remote access when needed. Recording meetings and sending them afterward is also trouble-free and I really appreciate that the audio recording files stay small. Another big plus is that it still performs well even on a basic internet connection.
Cons
One downside is that I can't use it without downloading the app first. An account is also limited to just one meeting at a time and switching between accounts isn't convenient because it doesn't save the login information.

“room for improvement”
Pros
When everything shifted online during the pandemic, the platform became part of my work routine for all kinds of meetings that used to happen in person. Over the past year and a half, I've used it many times and it has consistently worked really well. There is a plugin you need to install at first but once that's done, the whole setup is quite simple and easy. One upside of that global situation, if there was one, is that practically everyone uses the platform now so people already know how it works and even the IT department approves it. The platform makes it easy to present to a larger audience, share your screen and let others share theirs as well when they are assigned as co-hosts.
Cons
Compared with the platform, I think MS Teams is a little faster when it comes to scheduling meetings. Also while requiring someone to be a co-host makes sense for a one-to-many presentation or broadcast, it becomes a bit inconvenient when you're just working with one other person or a small group.

“great meetings and recording”
Pros
The video and audio quality are excellent and features like chat, polls, Q&A and raising hands make meetings much more interactive. The platform is user friendly and simple to figure out. I also appreciate how it connects with my calendar whenever I receive an invitation, automatically adding everything to my schedule. Being able to record meetings is another big advantage since it helps a lot with documenting the minutes of the meeting.
Cons
I really don't have anything to complain about. It's user friendly, enjoyable to use and very simple to figure out.

“helps keep connected”
Pros
During the coronavirus pandemic, the platform helped keep our team connected for training sessions and video conferences from anywhere at any time. It lets me send chat messages and make calls with very good quality. The software is user friendly and comes with excellent features for running virtual meetings.
Cons
Even though it has been extremely useful during the pandemic, the mobile app still needs some improvements. The meeting time limit should also be increased.

“clean interface”
Pros
Compared with a lot of other tools out there right now, the platform has a simple, clean interface and that has easily been the most noticeable benefit for me. The video and audio quality are much better as well and the fact that calls can keep running even on slower internet connections has been a real bonus.
Cons
I'd really like to see some mid-tier pricing plans added for teams and individuals that need something more budget-friendly.

“fast meetings”
Pros
Joining meetings is quick and the audio and video quality feels much better than with other tools I've used. It's also really useful that I can mute myself and switch off my camera before entering a meeting. The file-sharing feature is another plus since it lets me send spreadsheets, Word documents, notes and other files without any trouble.
Cons
Screenshot feature could be better. It doesn't offer a short delay before capturing which is inconvenient when I need to click something on screen first. Because of that, I usually rely on another program that gives delay options from 1 to 5 seconds.

“Go to choice”
Pros
These days, the platform is the go-to video conferencing platform and it's easy to see why. The interface is very user friendly and easy so it doesn't take much effort to understand how everything works. Scheduling meetings is effortless and syncing them with your calendar is really convenient. You can invite as many people from your team as needed and the features available during calls are genuinely impressive. Screen sharing is simple to use and the whiteboard makes meetings much more interactive. It's also helpful that you can place participants into breakout rooms for smaller discussions and team collaboration. On top of that, managing audio settings is very convenient especially when switching between multiple headsets, speakers or microphones.
Cons
One thing I haven't really liked about the platform is the time limit on free accounts. Because of that, it may not be the best choice for non-business users who need video calls or webinars but have a limited budget.

“meeting management done right”
Pros
Handling meetings became much simpler with this software, from scheduling and hosting to keeping everything organized. It also gave my team the ability to add or remove employees when needed as a security measure which made performance reviews much more manageable and a lot less stressful. Sharing information was very convenient too whether through the chat or by using screen sharing. I especially appreciated the direct in-chat messaging option for sending private notes to staff without interrupting the meeting or putting anyone on the spot.
Cons
A reliable internet connection is necessary for everyone to stay live and fully caught up during calls. That is not really an issue caused by the platform itself but if you are hosting video meetings with more than five people, you really need a network with at least 150 Mbps to keep the session running without issues.

“clear meetings for daily training”
Pros
Running several the platform sessions a day for e-commerce training, this is still the platform I prefer over the rest. Compared with tools like Skype and WhatsApp, the platform gives me better clarity and a much more user friendly experience which makes a big difference when I'm meeting with people constantly.
Cons
There really isn't much for me to complain about with the platform. If I had to point out anything, I'd say it would be nice to have more built-in background options although it already lets you create your own so that helps. Overall, it's a very impressive platform especially considering how many meeting tools I've worked with.

“Helpful features”
Pros
Back in 2020, when lockdown started in my state, I began using the platform for online classes and I've continued with it ever since. It has consistently worked well for what I need. These days, I mostly use it for meetings with clients and I'm satisfied with how it performs. The calendar integration makes scheduling the platform very convenient. Screen sharing is also very useful because it helps me clearly present my proposals to clients. Another feature I really appreciate is breakout rooms since they let people split into smaller groups and have private conversations when needed.
Cons
My only real issue with the platform is the 40-minute meeting limit. There are times when my partner and I are in the middle of discussing a project with a client and the meeting suddenly cuts off. That part is really frustrating and I hope they improve it.

“HD quality”
Pros
Everything about the platform feels thoughtfully built around what users actually need. The HD audio and video make conversations much clearer and it really improves communication during meetings. I also appreciate that meetings are secure and can be recorded whenever I need to refer back to them later. Having both group chats and private chats in the same platform is another big plus. One of the best parts is the one-click join feature which makes getting into meetings effortless.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any complaints about this app. It's very simple to use and feels extremely user friendly.

“great for live collaboration”
Pros
Being able to have multiple participants share their screens at the same time has been incredibly useful for us. It lets us instantly show patient scan results to staff in other units as they come in, without having to move files between devices or upload them to shared folders first. I've also really come to appreciate the live chat and the automatic call transcripts since they save a lot of time and help our meetings move along much more efficiently.
Cons
Data security concerns are always in the back of my mind. Because we handle and share fairly sensitive files during the platform, the possibility of a security issue or data breach is something that causes me a fair amount of worry.
