I consistently experience technical issues with it. For example, the program automatically archives applications that I haven't reviewed yet, or it emails tenants when I specifically chose not to send automatic emails. The support team needs to respond faster to address these issues.

The state-specific lease for my state (Florida) was quite basic and had some typos. I've spent a lot of time improving the lease to meet my requirements. However, it's easy to edit and make changes. Once you create your first lease, you can clone it for your other properties.

This software includes most of the tools needed for listing properties, tenant screening, lease creation, rent collection, maintenance scheduling, and more. It's a great solution for managing one or several properties, and it gives a professional appearance as a landlord. Personally, I find the online background check particularly helpful in securing the right tenant.

There's very little to dislike about the software. The company is constantly improving it and introducing new features.
