They actively seek feedback and continually release updates to enhance an already impressive software. Whenever issues arise for us or our clients/tenants, their support team is always available and ready to assist. Their commitment to improving the product and providing outstanding customer support truly makes DoorLoop superior.
Cons
The inability to delete inactive bank accounts, past tenants, prospective tenants, and old properties is the biggest issue we have with DoorLoop.

We rely on DoorLoop primarily for rent charge and payment tracking, which it excels at. While we haven't fully utilized all the accounting functions yet, it automatically posts charges and late fees, notifying tenants promptly. The online payment feature is a major advantage, as it aligns with the modern trend of digital transactions. Additionally, we appreciate the ability to generate statements, access invoice copies, and add notes effortlessly.
Cons
As a small-scale property management company, our usage of DoorLoop may differ from others. While tenants are responsible for utilities, our City mandates that the landlord (us) must keep the utilities in our name. Consequently, we charge tenants for reimbursement. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to post the charge and attach the bill for tenants to view in the portal. This limitation necessitates creating a separate communication and including the bill, resulting in duplicated efforts. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have the ability to filter lease searches by property and "active" leases, as the current sorting system is not ideal.
