Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how well it connects with major channels like google, hotels.com, expedia and vrbo which makes distribution much more convenient to manage.
Cons
There are still some software glitches especially around rate plan management and certain screens. It would also be much better to have the option to activate or deactivate a plan instead of only being able to delete it and build it again.

“Handles reporting and channels well”
Pros
We run over 90 properties in Hocking Hills with more than 40 team members including several managers who use Eviivo every day. This platform has made everything much more manageable. Plus it handles our monthly reporting very well and connects with all the channels we need. Overall we have been extremely happy with how it performs overall.
Cons
The Airbnb integration can be tricky at times. After reservations are made some of the data does not come through correctly and those bookings cannot be modified.

“Very cost effective tool”
Pros
One of the best parts of using it has been how cost effective it is. The system is also easy to use and I can make all kinds of adjustments whenever I need to, from updating pricing to adding personal notes in the calendar. The financial reports are also very helpful for keeping my accounting organized and they make it much easier when it's time to handle monthly sales tax and lodging tax payments with the authorities.
Cons
At the beginning I did run into a few issues with the mobile app but it seems like those problems have been resolved now.

It works reasonably well when we are actually able to log in or reach support.
Cons
They force password changes and then the system won't even accept the new password. The repeated password reset requirement is incredibly frustrating. On top of that there's no support available at 10 pm. Right now I am locked out of this badly designed software and cannot access information for my own bookings. I have tried resetting the password over and over, at least a dozen times and I still have no access.

Pros
Running more than 90 properties in Hocking Hills (Ohio) with 40+ employees means we need something dependable and this software has really helped simplify daily operations. Several of our managers are in the system every day and it handles that workload very well. It's been especially strong for monthly reporting and for connecting with all the channels we rely on. We're extremely happy with how it performs.
Cons

Working with them seems very personal. As the team is professional and genuinely helpful and the Channel Manager does what it's supposed to do well. Since they're a smaller company and we're a small business too, the relationship feels more tailored and less corporate. Most of our guests come from Europe so using a UK based company has also been a good fit for us.
Cons
Because they are a smaller company, there are some trade-offs. Such as the system can sometimes lag instead of updating in real time which is hard when we need to reply to guests quickly across different time zones. Plus being small also means they do not have a large team or a huge resource base to rely on and that can show at times. Their business hours are also a challenge for us as we are in the middle of the Pacific, about 5 or 6 hours behind Austin. That sometimes means issues have to wait until the next day.

Working with this software feels very personal because their team is professional and genuinely helpful. Channel Manager does what it's supposed to do and since they're a smaller company like we are, the relationship feels more customized and attentive. A lot of our guests are from Europe so using a UK based company has also worked out really well for us.
Cons
Because they're a smaller company there are some trade offs. The system can lag a bit in real time on the computer and since we deal with guests across several time zones fast responses really matter. Being small also means they don't have a huge pool of people or massive resources to pull from. That same personal size can make support hours tricky for us as well since we're in the middle of the Pacific and about 5 or 6 hours behind Austin so some things end up having to wait until the next day.

“reliable calendar and helpful team”
Pros
After trying many channel managers, this is the one we have been happiest with. The team is friendly and always ready to help which makes a big difference. Also the system itself is very easy to use and we really liked the many upgrades they have introduced over the years. But If I had to choose one standout feature besides the support team, it would be the reliable, easy to use calendar.
