Pros
Right from the start, Xavier gave us outstanding support and guided us through the setup very professionally. He was always available, very responsive and a real help during the launch. Also it is very easy to use and the video tutorials are very useful. I must say a great addition to the high-quality onboarding support we received. It also helps automate client interactions as much as possible, from the initial booking all the way through to after departure. And being able to sync listings, pricing distribution and different OTA calendars from a single platform is incredibly convenient.
Cons
The one thing we are really looking forward to is the feature that will synchronize customer messaging links in one place. I recently attended a live session hosted by�them�with several speakers and it seems that soon all client interactions will be able to come through a single inbox within�the platform which should make communication even simpler.

“Single calendar shows all bookings”
Pros
Having everything in a single calendar to see all our bookings is fantastic. It's also really useful to have one place where we can update all of our property information. The alert messages whenever someone makes a booking or cancels are helpful as well. The support I got during the setup was genuinely outstanding. Even when things became challenging and I was asking what probably seemed like silly questions, he stayed patient, polite and quick to respond. When a daily rates issue came up that he couldn't fix right away, he reached out for technical help and came back with the answer and solution. He was incredibly supportive the whole way through and even assisted me in English which made a big difference. Very hard to fault that level of support.
Cons
Well the frustrating part is that I still have to make changes on the OTA websites and accounts as well as in the platform. Keeping everything updated across VRBO, Booking, Airbnb and others can be hard and time-consuming. To be fair I know that isn't really the platform's fault.

“Support team is top class”
Pros
The support team is honestly second to none. You hardly ever need to reach out but whenever you do, they're there and really deliver.
Cons
Honestly I cannot think of any features in�it�that I dislike. It's rare that I even find myself wishing for changes though I do pay attention whenever�they�release updates and improvements. But if I had to mention anything, it would be that there doesn't seem to be a built-in way for users to submit suggestions for improvements or at least I haven't come across one. also it's a shame�the company�doesn't offer an affiliate program because if they did, I'd probably be even more of an advocate for it than I already am.

“Live chat responds pretty quickly”
Pros
Whenever I have needed help, the live chat team has responded pretty quickly and usually gives useful answers. There's also a good amount of learning material available, plus free classes where you can learn the software with guidance from an expert.
Cons
It would be even better if�it�offered a dedicated account manager that users could contact directly for more personalized support. I'd also like to see more third-party integrations, along with a place where users can vote on and track which upcoming integrations are planned.

“Very dependable solution”
Pros
Using it for PMS and channel management has been fairly easy and it's been a very dependable system overall. The customer support is excellent too whether by phone, live chat or through helpful and informative webinars.
Cons
The form design and printing features are a bit limited and the standard reporting tools feel fairly basic. There are additional paid add-ons available though and those offer much more comprehensive functionality.

Pros
Overall it has been very simple to use, with plenty of features and options available at a really good price.
Cons
One thing that still needs improvement is the payment system. Since many of our customers are elderly, collecting payments online can be difficult and it's also no longer possible to charge for no-shows.

Pros
I am really happy with it because it makes managing everything a lot easier.
Cons
The downside has been the integration issues with�Booking.com,�along with emails not being sent to Airbnb guests.

“Stable and easy to use”
Pros
The platform is fairly easy to use and has been stable in day to day operation. I haven't run into any major issues which is really the most important thing with this kind of software.
Cons
At times it can feel a little slow. I also asked about a different way to display availability on the website but I still haven't received any response. The customer messaging could also be updated to feel more modern and flexible especially with options like pictures and titles.

Even though I am still getting familiar with the channel manager but Eviivo University has been really helpful and the live chat support has been too.
