seems like it stuck in the past

Pros

I have been using it for many years and it really hasn't evolved at all. They charge for everything and now that I want to cancel, they won't let me. The only positive thing I can say is that it's simple to use.

Cons

It basically offers nothing at this point and feels completely outdated. While other platforms keep adding new features,�this one�stays the same and if they do add anything, you have to pay extra for every single thing.

Pros

I've been using it for many years and it really hasn't evolved at all. They charge for everything and now that I want to cancel they won't let me. The only good thing about it is that it's simple to use.

Cons

It doesn't really offer anything worthwhile. It feels outdated and completely stagnant. While other platforms keep adding features this one brings in nothing new and when it does you have to pay extra for every little thing.

Support team is top notch

Pros

From the booking side to day to day use, eviivo has been excellent. Their support team is top notch and the reservation system gives both guests and property owners real confidence while also providing quick, convenient access to information for everyone involved.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind right now although I am sure there must be something. I'll just add that when I answered a later question in this questionnaire, I marked the cost as mid range compared with other options but that was really only a guess since I haven't compared pricing since I bought it.

Top notch reservations!

Pros

Right from the start the software and its support team have been outstanding. The reservation system gives both guests and property owners real peace of mind and it makes accessing information fast and easy for everyone involved.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind right now even though I'm sure there must be something. I'll just add that when I answered a later question in this survey, I marked the cost as mid range compared with other options but that was really only a guess since I haven't compared prices since I bought it.

Pros

Honestly I did not see any real benefit. All I got were disappointments, poor advice and a sales rep trying to sell me a EUR120 per month solution for a single property.

Cons

My experience with�the company�was extremely bad. I needed to rent out the same property in three different ways and their support had initially confirmed that a solution existed for less than EUR55. But when I spoke with the France manager, he was never willing to listen. Instead of looking for an option that actually fit my needs, he kept pushing a solution that cost more than EUR120. There was no effort to find common ground or address a very simple requirement, just a clear focus on maximizing profit without any real consideration for the customer. Very disappointing and completely unprofessional.

I didn't see any real benefit. All I got was disappointment, poor advice and a salesperson trying to push a 'EUR120 per month' solution for a single property.

Cons

My experience was extremely negative. I needed to rent out the same property in three different ways and their support had initially confirmed that there was an option available for less than EUR55. But when I spoke with the person in charge for France he was never willing to listen. Instead of trying to find something that actually matched my needs he kept pushing a solution costing more than EUR120 every time. There was no effort to find middle ground or respond to what was actually a very simple requirement. It just felt like profit came first with no real concern for the customer. Very disappointing and completely unprofessional.

Pros

The back office side is easy to use and the ability to customize the interface is a nice touch as well.

Cons

I noticed that booking calendar comes with very basic limitations and does not display minimum stay requirements for reservations. On top of that customer support has been disastrous as it is extremely slow and often unable to fix issues within their own system.

Pros

Working in the back office is fairly easy and the interface can be customized which is a nice touch.

Cons

The booking calendar is very limited and doesn't display minimum stay requirements for reservations. Customer support has been catastrophic, responses are extremely slow and they often can't resolve problems in the system.

Cons

Made property management much easier

Pros

Running my property has been so much easier with Eviivo. The system is user friendly and being able to connect directly to OTAs is a huge plus. Updating photos, descriptions and pricing takes hardly any time now which has really taken the pressure off all the admin work.

Cons

Honestly it has worked so well for me that I really don't have anything to complain about.

Saves time across multiple sites

Pros

The training videos were genuinely helpful and the fact that the product is web based means I can get into it whenever I need, even while on the go. It lets us list our hotel rooms across multiple websites without having to key in the same details separately for every vendor which saves a lot of time. I can also see and manage reservations from different booking platforms all in one place which has made things much more convenient.

Cons

I really haven't run into any problems up to this point and I am hoping it stays that way.

OTA syncing is great!

Pros

Has been a lifesaver for me! The platform is very user friendly and I really love being able to connect it with OTAs. Updating images, descriptions and pricing is simple and it has taken so much of the stress out of handling admin tasks.

Cons

It has been so good for me that I genuinely don't have any complaints.

Pros

Monthly rate is very affordable

Pros

From pricing to the overall experience it has been excellent for me. The monthly rate is especially affordable and honestly I have been happy with just about everything the system offers.

Cons

There are a few too many pop up messages and�it�changes quite often which can be a bit much at times.

Connects well with major channels

Pros

It connects really well with channels like Google, Hotels.com, Expedia and VRBO which has been a big advantage.

Cons

There are still some software glitches especially around rate plan management and certain screens. It would also help a lot to have the option to activate or deactivate a plan instead of only being able to delete it and build it again.
