From the booking side to day to day use, eviivo has been excellent. Their support team is top notch and the reservation system gives both guests and property owners real confidence while also providing quick, convenient access to information for everyone involved.

Right from the start the software and its support team have been outstanding. The reservation system gives both guests and property owners real peace of mind and it makes accessing information fast and easy for everyone involved.

Honestly I did not see any real benefit. All I got were disappointments, poor advice and a sales rep trying to sell me a EUR120 per month solution for a single property.

My experience with�the company�was extremely bad. I needed to rent out the same property in three different ways and their support had initially confirmed that a solution existed for less than EUR55. But when I spoke with the France manager, he was never willing to listen. Instead of looking for an option that actually fit my needs, he kept pushing a solution that cost more than EUR120. There was no effort to find common ground or address a very simple requirement, just a clear focus on maximizing profit without any real consideration for the customer. Very disappointing and completely unprofessional.

Since they're a smaller company and we're a small business too, the relationship feels more tailored and less corporate. Most of our guests come from Europe so using a UK based company has also been a good fit for us.
Cons
Because they are a smaller company, there are some trade-offs. Such as the system can sometimes lag instead of updating in real time which is hard when we need to reply to guests quickly across different time zones. Plus being small also means they do not have a large team or a huge resource base to rely on and that can show at times. Their business hours are also a challenge for us as we are in the middle of the Pacific, about 5 or 6 hours behind Austin. That sometimes means issues have to wait until the next day.

The software is expensive and I also had to pay EUR45 for training that turned out to be just two webinars discussing buttons that do not even exist when I try to set up this tool. Whether the service really matches the price is still unclear and I will only be able to judge that after testing it for a year. It also lacks some usability features, such as copying and pasting the previous action, selecting multiple closure dates in the calendar and above all blocking rooms when the whole house is being privatized. I am trying it for a year and will decide after that especially since I am paying for the creation of an Eviivo website that I will not use because I am keeping my current one to avoid losing my search ranking. There is also not enough flexibility in the pricing during the sales proposal.
