Innago is incredibly user-friendly. It provides a platform that significantly simplifies life for both landlords and tenants. From new applications and credit checks to lease renewals and issue communication, everything is streamlined, saving a tremendous amount of time.

Setting up the lease for the first time required a significant amount of time and trial and error. However I did manage to figure it out, and the subsequent times were much quicker. The customer service was also helpful throughout the process.

While Innago promotes itself as an all in one property management tool, I find it clunky and unusable for listing/advertising, tenant screening, tenant applications, lease signing, accounting for tax purposes, and most other features. I reached out to customer service about setting up a rental application but did not receive the promised call back. With limited customer service access, this platform is only suitable for basic rent collection which can be done more easily elsewhere.

The only issue I have is that when Innago sends payments to the bank, it combines all the funds instead of breaking out each payment individually. This makes accounting and posting a bit more challenging.

Innago makes very simple for me to track rent, tenants and leases. If a rent or invoice payment hasn't been logged in Innago, both the tenant and I receive a notification. I also receive notifications when leases are approaching expiration. You can set up notifications for specific events. Additionally, I can create and sign electronic leases and other documents through Innago.

It's difficult for me to find anything I dislike about Innago. Although tenants may not like the small fee associated with online rent payments, it makes everything easier for me as a landlord.

This software is perfect for my needs. It combines all aspects of lease creation, document signing, tenant payments, maintenance requests, and more into one easily navigable platform. The cost is unbeatable and tenants have quickly embraced it as well.
