“How far is software for our smaller condo association management
Pros
PayHOA has simplified the process of collecting individual condo dues, issuing invoices, and addressing necessary citations for our organization. It saves time and effort.
Cons
The transition was a bit rocky, and it didn't flow as smoothly as expected. However, once we dedicated time to learn it, we found it to be useful.

“A Game-Changer for HOA Management - PayHOA
Pros
Over the past year, I have been using PayHOA, and I must say I'm genuinely impressed with the seamless experience it provides for managing our homeowners association (HOA). This web-based portal has revolutionized our community affairs, making communication, financial tracking, and administrative tasks incredibly easy.
Cons
The processing time for checks could be improved. I understand that PayHOA relies on a third-party vendor for check processing, but having a tighter service level agreement (SLA) with them would be great.

“Property Management Made Easy
Pros
I appreciate how PayHOA allows me to streamline HOA dues with associated fees. Once set up, everything runs on autopilot, generating monthly invoices and late fees when applicable. I can create a whole year's worth of invoices, and PayHOA takes care of the rest.
Cons
I wish the website feature was more affordable. It would be amazing to have a property website linked to PayHOA, but the costs prevent us from integrating our existing site.

“PayHOA fan
Pros
PayHOA is an incredibly user-friendly product with excellent support!
Cons
There is a need for more options in reports, such as the ability to email vendors directly from the portal or add custom fields to emails or reports. It takes a while to implement changes.

“PayHOA is a great product, but could use some more tweaking
Pros
Navigating around the website is effortless, and its intuitive design allows me to grant admin access to others. Within a few hours, they can grasp the site's functionality, making specific training tasks easier to manage and complete.
Cons
The invoice system still needs some refinement. I would like a way to filter out late fees separately from normal invoices. It would also be helpful to have a quick overview on the main dashboard of houses that are late in paying dues. Additionally, I believe the site permissions could be more comprehensive. While I would like to assign mass permissions to most users, I prefer to filter out specific individuals. It would be beneficial to have the ability to group specific homeowners and then assign or remove permissions for those groups.

Pros
It's user-friendly, offers accounting capabilities, and allows setting up violation templates for multiple uses. Every transaction entry can be accompanied by uploaded proof documents.

Transitioning from a full-service property management group to self-directing with PayHOA was initially intimidating, but there were no drawbacks to consider.

“Decent option for managing an HOA
Pros
PayHOA simplifies the management and maintenance of HOA membership, ownership, and communications. It also provides a convenient location to upload, manage, and maintain documents, eliminating the need for paper files and making relevant HOA documents easily accessible for the membership.
Cons
Exporting certain data is not as straightforward as I would prefer. At times, I have to manually compile information because it can't be included in an export, such as permissions and tags. Additionally, finding the export function is less intuitive than it could be.

“Every HOA should use this system
Pros
Managing each unit's monthly dues, changing ownership when a resident moves, and communicating with homeowners is a breeze. It also simplifies sending overdue notices and offers many other efficient features for HOA Treasurers and Secretaries.
Cons
The program is straightforward to use. I wouldn't make any changes.

“Great software for managing HOA finances and tracking dues.
Pros
Tracking dues for our HOA members is a breeze with PayHOA. The automated email reminders for late payments have helped us ensure properties are paid up and on time.
Cons
The setup and integration with our bank had some initial challenges. Eventually, we removed the automatic link between our bank and PayHOA. It wasn't necessarily PayHOA's fault; it seemed to be issues with our bank. We opted for a manual method where we reconcile the accounts every month, which doesn't require much effort.

“Great product for our self managed HOA
Pros
There are numerous features we haven't explored yet, such as auto phone calls and newsletters, all conveniently available in one place. The system can be accessed by all board members, and the support provided is prompt and efficient.
Cons
There are some glitches when attempting to enter one email for multiple addresses. Initially, the double-entry accounting was confusing.
