It strikes the perfect balance of being involved without overwhelming. I highly recommend it.

We took advantage of their collections service, which yielded fantastic results. I couldn't be happier with Legfi; switching from omegafi was a great decision. Legfi was much more affordable for our small chapter.

Additionally, being able to "load" money onto our account and then select which parts of our dues to apply them to would be useful.

Cons: Directors should be able to view budgets, which is currently not possible in this software. It would be beneficial to have expense reporting add-ons, such as attaching digital receipts (PDFs), in this section. The credit card and e-check charges are not competitive at all, and we won't be using them for events. Not being able to add charges onto the purchaser in the basic account is reason enough to seek another service. We previously used event tickets, but there are better options available like Square.
