The reporting features of Rent Manager are exceptionally comprehensive. With a plethora of default reports available, I have the flexibility to customize and fine-tune them. Additionally, I can conveniently schedule report batches to be automatically sent on a regular basis, either to myself or other stakeholders.
Cons
The customization features for reports can be daunting for new users. Thankfully, the customer support has been extremely helpful in this regard!

The management posting fees are not customizable, and the cost is quite high. Automatic bank reconciliation is not included and requires an additional $100 per month, which further adds to the expense.
