I haven't encountered any issues or questions so far, and they have all been resolved quickly.

The implementation process was way too simple, with an abundance of instructional videos available. The software is user-friendly, instinctive, adaptable, and the field personnel effortlessly integrated it into their job responsibilities.

I can't think of any major drawbacks, although if I were to make a wish, I'd love to see a highly integrated Treasury/Banking feature that seamlessly connects with multiple banks, automatically imports bank statement activity into Bank Recs, and clears outstanding checks.
