One aspect I find challenging is creating "letters," which encompass custom forms, templates, and similar elements. All fields should be accessible for populating any form being created. Additionally, it would be wonderful if reports and letters could be duplicated and then edited by the user for specific purposes. While the online templates library is useful, I desire the ability to repurpose the provided tabs, forms, and reports, customizing them to fit my company's needs.

The main drawback I've encountered with Rent Manager is that it operates as a virtual machine, preventing me from switching between different tabs while using it or taking screenshots when using a single monitor.

Rent Manager is not complex and easy to learn. Despite being new to the apartment rental industry, I quickly adapted to Rent Manager. Implementing Rent Manager coincided with my onboarding into a new position, and I experienced no difficulties despite the lack of training.

Some reports can be a bit challenging to locate initially. However, with a bit of searching, I've found them. Additionally, there isn't a way to keep the Make Ready Board separate from the Service Issues, which would be beneficial.

The support team is always worth reaching out to. They are fluent in English and offer the necessary assistance to resolve any issues.

Certain parts of the software can be a bit clunky. For example, when running 1099 reports, we need to remember that certain characters aren't supported, and we have to cross-reference with the W9 or keep in mind whose reports won't run correctly. On the positive side, Rent Manager provides support tickets, and they are working on updating this feature.
