Pros

We have utilized this service previously for processing payments and was not happy with it all

Dealing with customer service has been a frustrating experience. We no longer use their payment processing services and requested to cancel. However they informed us that there is a 180 day cancellation period or a charge of over $1,000 for a $19/month service. We provided written notice well in advance but now two months later, they are denying that we did so, despite having email proof. Whenever we try to call, there is no response so we are left with no choice but to communicate via email.

Pros

Getting the script onto your website is quick and once it's live you can immediately start seeing which companies are visiting. Google Analytics does a good job measuring traffic volume but Leadfeeder adds another layer by giving your data more context and showing who is actually on your site. It's especially useful for lead generation because you can see how visitors found your website which pages they looked at and even identify contacts at those companies you can reach out to.

Cons

Cost was a setback. Pricing is tied to the number of leads it identifies but not every lead it surfaces ends up being a qualified one.

When I purchased the website I was informed that it included this software and I didn't have any alternative options.

I have deposits totaling over $15K that have not been sent to my account. They claimed to have a system error but its been 3 weeks now and nobody has provided us with an answer or resolution

I like the fact that it offers convenience to tenants to being able to make electronic payments.

It would be great if the reports were more simple and easier to navigate. They are not overly complicated but finding the specific information I need can sometimes be a bit challenging.
