Pros

We have utilized this service previously for processing payments and was not happy with it all

Cons

Dealing with customer service has been a frustrating experience. We no longer use their payment processing services and requested to cancel. However they informed us that there is a 180 day cancellation period or a charge of over $1,000 for a $19/month service. We provided written notice well in advance but now two months later, they are denying that we did so, despite having email proof. Whenever we try to call, there is no response so we are left with no choice but to communicate via email.

Pros

When I purchased the website I was informed that it included this software and I didn't have any alternative options.

Cons

I have deposits totaling over $15K that have not been sent to my account. They claimed to have a system error but its been 3 weeks now and nobody has provided us with an answer or resolution

Pros

I like the fact that it offers convenience to tenants to being able to make electronic payments.

Cons

It would be great if the reports were more simple and easier to navigate. They are not overly complicated but finding the specific information I need can sometimes be a bit challenging.
