I appreciate that all the documents for my renters are conveniently in one place. The app even allows applicants to sign documents using a selfie while holding their ID which is crucial for verification and holding them accountable.
Cons
The onboarding process was quite challengingwhich is why I couldnt give it a perfect rating. I had to repeatedly contact the online help desk because it was tough to find the startup information.

Pros
It's incredibly easy to set up, and the customer support is great. The notification template is helpful for sending quick messages to all tenants in a building!
Cons
Managing tenant payment options was extremely frustrating and even with support, the issue could not be resolved. The $1 ACH fee is unacceptable to pass on to tenants, which is why I switched to TenantCloud

This software is incredibly simple and intuitive. There's no need for a steep learning curve. I love that it includes everything I need, from tenant applications to communication and maintenance.
Cons
It would be great if I could customize the number of tenant notifications but unfortunately that option isnt available.

Initially we had a minor issue setting up ACH bank transfers for security deposits but RentRedi was incredibly responsive every time I reached out. Since then we haven't encountered any issues,and I plan on using them to grow our rental business.
Cons
There was a problem with the ACH bank transfer that caused a delay in receiving the security deposit but it was resolved after reaching out for assistance.

I love that this software can handle everything from tenant screening to charging late fees once they're in.
Cons
I wish the main screen had a simpler layout. The most important information I need to see daily is who has paid who has not and any maintenance requests. Currently, I have to go into each unit's page to check if the tenant has paid which becomes tedious. Additionally I wish the deposits were processed faster. It takes over a week. I did inquire and they mentioned it should improve with longer use of the software.

It's easy to set up and the customer service is fantastic. The option to Esign documents is also a great feature.
Cons
I would appreciate better reporting options.It would be great to have the option to add credits to individual tenants. I would like an easier process for moving a tenant to a new unit without losing their history. I would like to customize the "home screen"

“Customer Service is AMAZING!
Pros
One of my favorite features is having all charges listed for each tenant throughout their lease. It allows me to notify all tenants at once. The simple easy application process for prospective tenants is excellent. We've filled two units in less than a month thanks to the convenience of multiple advertising outlets in one place and the prequalification screening, which eliminates unnecessary showings. Our maintenance manager receives notifications for tenant requests and can complete the job entirely through the app.
Cons
My least favorite aspect of this software is that tenants can only use the app on a mobile phone. It poses challenges with my older tenants who are not adept with mobile devices. There have also been issues with tenants downloading the landlord app instead of the tenant app leading to confusion.

I find it incredibly easy to use and the support team is highly efficient and helpful.
Cons
The only issue I have encountered is the inability to customize certain areas of the application. It asks for more information than necessary and as the owner of student housing not all applicants possess all the criteria requested. This prevents them from proceeding with the application process.

I couldn't be happier with my decision to use RentRedi for managing my properties and tenants' information. I can consolidate all the information in one secure place, and my tenants also find it simple to navigate. RentRedi consistently improves and offers new options for landlords, and I am genuinely pleased with the platform.
Cons
I find the website to be less than intuitive. Occasionally, I have to search the site to find the information I need. Whenever I encounter difficulties, I simply chat or call a representative at RentRedi and they are always prompt and helpful.

Pros
The functionalities are comprehensive and all in one. It covers marketing, rent collection, notices and synchronizes with tenants. The best part is that maintenance tickets created by tenants are instantly sent to both workers and staff. Tenants can also see the progress being made which shows that we care. It has significantly reduced the number of maintenance calls I need to make since everything is instant. My maintenance team even calls me a "genius" for using this service. People prefer working with me because I have an organized and effective system in place.
Cons
The marketing for tenants wasnot completely accurate in terms of synchronization, but thats acceptable. Ideally I would like to see the marketing synchronize into a new tenant option once the background check is done and the application is in place. It would eliminate an extra step in adding them. But its a minor concern.

I appreciate that my tenants genuinely like the software. It makes my life so much easier when the end users are happy with the platform.
Cons
It would be great to have a platform for short-term rental use in the future because we own both short term and long terms rentals, and having one platform for both would be convenient.

Pros
There are two aspects of this feature that I absolutely love. Firstly I no longer have to chase rent payments because they are directly deposited into my account through ACH. Secondly it creates a separate back office for my rental keeping them separate from my renovation business.
Cons
Some fields can be a bit complex but the tech support is always there to guide you through.

While there are many highlights if I had to choose one,it would be the constant innovation. The platform keeps growing and becoming faster. The content and team behind RentRedi are incredibly engaging. I trust and rely on the platform which is the most important aspect for me when it comes to innovation.
Cons
I would appreciate a few more options for rental syndication and multiple emails. However the feature of adding a team member essentially covers the multiple email aspect. The surprising thing about this product is that it keeps introducing new features without any additional cost!

Pros
As a licensed real estate professional, I have specific obligations to fulfill as a property manager. RentRedi provides a user friendly solution that allows me to serve my customers while meeting my legal requirements. I don't have to deal with multiple complicated steps or different software. It's a win win situation, and their customer support is exceptional!

Pros
The staff is always available for phone calls and online chats and they implement changes to the software as quickly as I suggest them.
Cons
Many of the automatic features that are currently available were only recently introduced. I would still like an easy way to pull a payment from a tenant if they havent paid or set up auto pay.
