Love the rent collection feature

Pros

The rent collection feature has been the biggest plus since it gives tenants a fast and convenient way to pay their rent online.

Cons

What I find frustrating is that late fees can't be configured to match the laws in my state. That has led to tenants being overcharged so I sometimes have to enter the fees manually. It would also be helpful if an accounting feature were included.

beginner-friendly program

Pros

Getting started in property management felt much more manageable because the features were simple to use. I was able to update file information from my existing 2025 accounts and use that information effectively as I plan for future growth.

Cons

One issue I ran into is that removing tenant contacts when they change takes a few extra steps. Because of that, an online payment was missed and had to be sent by check instead.

offers excellent value

Pros

From the start, it has delivered a lot for the price. It's very user-friendly, simple for me to use and just as simple for tenants as well. Compared with the product I was using before, this one is saving me both time and money while giving me access to even more tools.

Cons

Honestly I haven't run into any real downsides. The learning curve is very short, it's been extremely user-friendly and up to this point, it has handled everything I've needed it to do.

Quick setup and reliable support

Pros

I was able to set everything up on my own without any assistance. When I did have a question about renewing the settings for the following year, customer support was very helpful and walked me through the process step by step. The app consistently felt secure and we didn't run into any bugs or technical problems. It was also very user-friendly for renters.

Cons

At first, the processing time seemed a little slow to me but when I compared it to other platforms that can take as long as a week, waiting a couple of days felt manageable.

remote rent collection

Pros

Online rent collection has been a huge improvement. I'm based in rural New Hampshire and it lets me handle all the key parts of being a landlord for my Boston tenants from a distance.

Cons

A few features still feel buggy and some things don't happen automatically without a workaround. For example, I've had to delete a lease just to reconnect a tenant to their account so the system will enforce the rule that older charges have to be paid before newer ones.

Convenient mobile app

Pros

Getting tenants set up, collecting deposits and rent and handling everything else in one accessible platform has been really convenient. The mobile app is especially helpful when I'm away from my desk and the layout feels user-friendly and simple to use. It's made managing multiple units and staying on top of maintenance requests much more easy.

Cons

The app's load time can definitely be frustrating. It sometimes takes a few minutes to recognize that I'm actually logged in and stop showing the demo data.

keeps track of payments

Pros

Keeping up with rent payments is much simpler with this. It lets me monitor current and late rent and it automatically sends receipts to tenants which matters a lot because bookkeeping and keeping track of receipts are not my strong points.

Cons

it keeps pushing me to publish my rental online. I already have tenants in place so I'm not looking to advertise for more right now.

Friendly staff!

Pros

Managing leases is much more convenient with the built-in alerts for rent payments, late fees and security deposit reimbursements. Getting everything set up was simple and the phone support team was very helpful. The support staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They address all my concerns in a satisfactory manner.

Cons

I would not suggest using the maintenance vendor Lessen because some of the companies involved have not been reliable or honest. That said the app works very well for maintenance communication when you use your own team to handle tenant requests. They also need to improve security and do a better job notifying users if an account has been accessed illegally. For example, 2-step authentication should be required during account setup.

Clean interface

Pros

It does a really nice job of automating rent collection and applying late fees when needed. It also includes e-signature functionality which is helpful and the interface feels clean and simple. Another plus is that it connects well with other platforms.

Cons

A part that still feels awkward is updating rent amounts when a lease is renewed. We also ran into issues the last time we tried to post a rental listing to Zillow through the platform and the ad didn't go through properly. On the positive side, they handled the refund for that payment well.

Pros

Unmatched support!!

Pros

Pros

Whenever I've needed help, the customer support team has been outstanding and consistently available. They take very little time to get back to you with solutions. The platform also makes it possible to screen tenants and lets applicants apply directly which is very convenient.

Cons

This system still needs to be more simplified and better synchronized. I don't like that tenants apply in one place but then I have to click into each tenant or open different tabs to see separate details and the information doesn't always line up.

Pros

Getting started with it has been relatively simple and my tenants haven't had any trouble figuring out how to use it either. Customer support has also been helpful whenever needed and overall it feels like a solid value for the price. Compared with other products, it offers a lot of functionality for the price.

Cons

There have been a handful of technical issues along the way. I don't remember the exact details but I do remember that they were taken care of. One thing I'd still like to see is lower pricing for background checks.

Plenty of tasks are automated which saves time. I can send reminders and let tenants set up autopay. The platform is user-friendly with a layout that's simple figure out. The interface is well organized making it easy to find what you need.

Better than spreadsheets

Appreciate the automatic payment option

Right out of the box, it was ready to use. Setting tenants up in the app was simple and the automatic payment option is a big plus. I also really appreciate that late fees are added automatically when tenants miss a payment which takes away the hassle of going back and forth about it.

Cons

The only downside was that I never got a notification when my account was set up so I didn't know right away that I could start registering my current tenants.

they value feedback

Pros

What really stands out is how closely the developers pay attention to customer feedback and actually make changes based on it. For example, the new deposit reports originally didn't include a breakdown showing which units were part of the deposit. I reached out about it by email and they're already working on a fix that should be ready by early next week. I trust they'll follow through because I had suggested that same feature for the old reports before and they implemented it then too. The customer service has honestly been very impressive.

Cons

interface feels a little frustrating at times although it's not a major problem overall and definitely still usable. There's also the occasional browser issue where it doesn't load, maybe 1 out of 10 times but refreshing the page usually fixes it.

Poor customer service, they develop the app and than they hire a cheap customer service

Terrible customer service and business practices

I wasn't impressed with the software. My hope was that it would simplify my life and my tenants lives, but after using it for two weeks I decided to cancel my subscription and stop using the product.

Cons

RentRedi accommodated my preferred time and, most importantly, didn't try to upsell me. They tailored the demo to meet my specific needs. It's reassuring to speak with knowledgeable staff who not only understand the product but also provide additional insights. I've utilized all the RentRedi property management tools that apply to me so far and I couldn't be happier. My favorite features are the ones that enable me to interact with potential renters as much or as little as I need. From applications and listings to monthly rent payments and maintenance scheduling, this property management software has it all covered. Whenever I've reached out for support via online chat, the staff has been friendly and competent. They are truly invaluable, even though RentRedi offers a wealth of easily accessible articles and videos. I'm looking forward to the day when I can add my second property. Thank you, RentRedi!

I was disappointed when my pictures were uploaded to Zillow, Trulia, etc out of order. I understand that what happens on their sites is beyond your control at the moment. I hope that since you have a contractual relationship with these other sites, there may be a solution in the future to correct this. We all know the first picture is important!

I love the convenience of collecting rent online and the excellent customer service provided by the team. Both my tenants and I have had no issues using the platform. My only complaint is with the Latchel Maintenance program, which has been quite frustrating. I've submitted two requests that went unfulfilled, and I had to handle those issues by myself.

I chose RentRedi over Furniture Finders, hoping it would make tenant management and payment tracking easier. However, I' have encountered issues. The lease agreement format wasn't to my liking, and it didn't seem accurate for my state. I prefer using a single system for all tenants or having my property management use one system, but we've experienced too many problems with the software.

Cons

My tenant had difficulty using the app, mentioning that it was unreliable and unresponsive at times. Tracking applications, tenants, etc., was not successful, and the tenant couldn't send the application(s) back through the system. The application and verification process was not updated promptly to show current statuses. The payment option was not trustworthy for the tenant.

A Great Tool to have in your tool chest

Pros

When we were just starting our rental business, we needed a solution to help us manage our different properties and renters. We wanted something with online access that would be user-friendly for our tenants and robust enough to support us. RentRedi was the perfect fit. It allows us to execute leases, acts as a document repository, serves as our payment and notification hub for renters, and we use it for listing, applications, and background checks.

Cons

The software lacks clear and straightforward instructions in several sections. When attempting to list properties, it doesn't allow for permanently attaching photos to each individual property. So, if you have multiple properties you have to delete photos and keep them off the software. Additionally, there are times when customer service assistance is unavailable. You have to leave a message and wait for a callback,but usually by the time they call back, I have moved on to the next project and am away from the computer.

Pros

I've been using the app for 12 months, and I love that everything is in one place. It covers almost every scenario we've come across, which is fantastic!

Cons

Some of the payment details on the tenant side could be more transparent. One particular issue is that if a tenant has a separate payment account for rent, they need to have at least $1 extra to cover the payment fee. I went back and forth with a tenant for several days until they were able to figure this out.

Great rental management software

Pros

The customer support is top notch. Whenever I have a question, I receive a quick response.

Cons

After enrolling in RentRedi, I received a discount card in the mail, but it was not honored.
