I like how easy it is to develop and manage leases with the auto-invoicing feature. Additionally the integration with multiple listing sites simplifies the advertising process for open units.

Cons

It would be fantastic if the payment processing time could be shortened. Additionally, reviewing account techniques through webinars and simplifying the tenant side would be helpful.

Among the various Property Management tools we have tried, TenantCloud is our absolute favorite. It's incredibly affordable, extremely easy to navigate, clean, simple and perfectly suits our company's needs. We currently manage around 30 properties through TC, and the software offers limitless possibilities. Personally, I love how effortless it is to store property data, list vacant properties, process applications and conduct background checks all within TC.

Cons

Honestly, I have not come across any area where TenantCloud hasn't already addressed and resolved issues. To date I have no complaints.

I would appreciate more visual elements like graphs, especially for homeowners who would benefit from property statistics and financials. It would also be great to have the option for late fees to start at 12AM instead of 5PM.

TenantCloud is fantastic! I utilize it to find high quality tenants. It integrates with major apartment search websites and even generates landing pages for each apartment. I easily track rental payments and my tenants can conveniently submit maintenance requests.

Cons

It would be great if TenantCloud could integrate with Zelle to expedite payment processing. The current duration of almost a week is too long.

The platform is very user-friendly and simple to use. Although adding more users would incur additional expenses, overall, it's a great tool.

Overall, I think the product is fine. However I dislike how it automatically populates rents before the first of the month.

We have a 5 day grace period for rental payments, and from the sixth day onward, a daily late fee is charged. Keeping track of late fees across multiple properties can be challenging, but TenantCloud allows for easy late fee tracking, reducing the risk of accounting errors or invoicing mistakes.

Cons

When we listed a property, we received hundreds of leads. Deleting the information of those leads after the property was leased required clicking on each name individually instead of having a 'select all' option. Wrapping up the listing took more time because we had to select each unique lead before deleting them.

The availability of being able to use it on my phone is a key feature for me.

Cons

Two features that I believe need improvement: Firstly, the ability to redo the Pay Rent option. Secondly, it is overly complicated to return a security deposit. I suggest having a Pay Rent option that allows using the security deposit to cover the final bill owed by tenants. Any remaining balance should then be returned.

I find the multiple features and the easy tenant screening process, along with the lease and property management functionalities, very useful.

Cons

There is an unacceptable delay with rent deposits, sometimes taking up to five days! Considering that everything is done electronically this delay seems intentional and unreasonable.

The messaging feature allows seamless communication between myself and tenants. The ticketing system addresses any issues promptly. Rent collection is hassle free. Having a single place to store all records, property information, lease details and more is incredibly convenient.

Cons

The payment system has undergone changes, and now I have to pay for fund transfers. Additionally, the transfer process takes longer than before, with rent taking 10 days to reach my business account. Moreover, I now have to pay two transaction fees every month, whereas it used to be free.

I find the accounting section to be extremely user friendly. It includes all the necessary categories and the lease setup process is guided which I appreciate.

Cons

Some features in the app do not function properly. The listing feature is useful for applications but it becomes complicated when selecting a tenant and moving them in. Finding lease information through the app is challenging, requiring unnecessary navigation.
