Integrating with the platform initially was a breeze, and the continuous updates over the past two years have transformed it into an incredibly user-friendly experience. I commend the commitment to consistently enhancing features, and it's genuinely satisfying to witness the product evolve and improve.

Cons

However, the aspect I like the least is the current state of AD HOC reports. As someone who has used integrated reports from Yardi Genesis (1996-2010s), I've noticed missing key functionalities in the current AD HOC reports. I believe that once these features are implemented and perfected, Yardi Breeze will truly be unparalleled. I look forward to ongoing improvements.

The check printing feature is my favorite aspect of YARDI. It eliminates the need for preprinted checks.

Cons

I'm unable to run reports based on specific dates. Financial statements are only available at the end of the month.

I comp'd the rest, but Yardi was the best

Yardi provides easily understandable tutorials, a few weeks of personalized one-on-one assistance for setup support, and continuous follow-up calls and touchpoints to ensure a smooth experience without any issues.

Cons

It would be helpful to have a one-pager FAQ document with common troubleshooting issues during the initial setup, instead of relying on Help or Chat repeatedly. Additionally, I've been facing an issue with a specific report for months, and despite contacting four people at Yardi, no one seems to be able to figure out the cause.

There's nothing negative to mention, but if I had to highlight one thing, it would be the "cool" name.

EVERYTHING!!! Coming from using Site Link and YARDI Centershift, YARDI Breeze is a significant disappointment in almost all areas, especially when it comes to self-storage functions.

Pros

It's really simple to set up lease information, making it a breeze to create and distribute monthly rent/CAM invoices to tenants.

Cons

It would be convenient if the cursor automatically appeared in the first data box when opening a data entry screen, eliminating the need to click each time. I prefer using keyboard shortcuts, so having to rely on the mouse feels like a waste of time. Better options for organizing attachments, such as data folders, would be helpful instead of trying to come up with a naming system. We received minimal training on Breeze during the initial implementation, leaving me feeling unaware of many features that were not adequately explained. It was a trial by fire.

Cons
