I receive notifications for every payment or request, enabling me to track and assign tasks quickly and efficiently. Moreover, it provides a solid foundation for financial reporting to my clients. The ability to chat with a Yardi representative for any inquiries I may have is absolutely invaluable.
Cons
There are some basic formatting features that I wish were available in the Breeze basic function, similar to Breeze Premier. Other than that, Breeze works great for my small company.

Although we are still in the setup phase, there are already several positive aspects I can share about Yardi. The pricing is excellent, falling in the middle range or lower compared to similar software. The customer service has been outstanding, clearly demonstrating that Yardi values and listens to customer feedback. So far, the setup process has been relatively easy, and the help center is an amazing resource.
Cons
So far, I haven't encountered any major issues. However, I expect there will be a learning curve along the way.

The ease with which routine tasks can be completed within the program is undoubtedly the best feature. Navigating through the program is a breeze, and the available support options are excellent. I particularly appreciate the live chat feature and the help center.
Cons
The implementation process was much more labor-intensive than I anticipated. I led our team through this process, and we invested numerous hours to implement the program across our entire portfolio. Thankfully, we received continuous support from the Breeze implementation team.

There is absolutely nothing that I like about your product! It was a disaster compared to AppFolio!
Cons
When I purchased this software, I was told it was very similar to Appfolio, developed by people who left Appfolio. That turned out to be untrue! It is nothing like Appfolio! It's difficult to learn and shouldn't be. I was assured that I could give a 30-day notice anytime, which was the main reason I chose them. However, when it was time to leave because I sold my rentals, I had to choose between paying until July or buying out the contract, which I was told I didn't have! At least Appfolio had user-friendly software. It seems whoever developed this software has no experience managing rentals.

I love having the vacancy rate and Open AR widgets right on the dashboard. I'm also excited to utilize the resident screening feature.
Cons
We find Breeze to be slightly restrictive compared to Genesis in terms of customization and usability. While some fail-safes are beneficial, we are still adapting to the changes. I believe the growing pains will ultimately be worth the effort.

Cons
Yardi Breeze lacks a notes or memo section under tenants. Unlike other Yardi Property Management software, I can't select a tenant under eviction. Importing ledgers into tenant accounting requires manual entry of every charge and payment.
