Pros
I like how easy-to-use this product is. I'm a fan of its mobile features. The accounting features are robust and can be personalized. You have the option to set up user fields and establish unique characteristics. The customer service is also excellent, and problems are addressed quickly.
Cons
I can't think of anything I like least. The product is excellent.

Pros
Yardi is very intuitive. I employ it for accounting functions, uploading invoices and sending them to the right department manager. Additionally, I have the ability to classify and approve invoices.
Cons
Yardi can be somewhat challenging to learn initially, but after doing the steps a few times, it's easy to navigate.

It was incredibly simple to use with many customizable features. I've switched software due to a new job, but I miss Yardi and am trying to convince my current company to switch!
Cons
I had trouble reaching Yardi support during a complex project setup. It seemed only one person in our company could contact them for assistance, though I'm not sure why. However, the abundance of training videos and PDFs is very helpful. I also wanted a way to import a long journal entry into the system, but again, only one person was set up to do that possibly a settings issue.

Pros
The marketing reporting is thoughtful and accurate. ROI, cost-per, and attribution reporting are all excellent features for marketers and operations.
Cons
In 2019, Yardi lacked some features that would have made it ideal for student properties, but overall, I had a positive experience.

The accounting and ledger capabilities are excellent.
Cons
They still encounter bugs with long-standing features. The user menus aren't very intuitive, and support often provides steps to fix a problem without understanding the function, which is troublesome when fixes involve multiple screens and complex processes.

Pros
While the systems are intricate, with a bit of training, you will soon see how simple they are. The training program (Aspire) is my current favorite, followed by Senior IQ, which provides a comprehensive dashboard of clinical, sales, and financial key indicators.
Cons
The back-end data is often hard to access due to the numerous tables, but Yardi is consistently making improvements to make that data more accessible, like with their product Senior IQ.
