Step 1: Launch The Paycom Mobile App
Download the and navigate to the section that aligns with your role, such as ‘Employee Self-Service’ or ‘Manager on-the-Go,’ to get started.
Step 2: Log In To Your Account
Enter your username and password in the login fields. For first-time users, additional authentication steps like providing the last four digits of your SSN or a PIN may be required. Once done, tap ‘Log In’ to access the dashboard.
