The system's functionality is extensive! It covers recruiting and onboarding tools, integrated background checks, I9 forms, and garnishment administration. These were previously manual processes before Paycom.

Cons

Finding certain features can be a bit confusing. I'm not a fan of the position management either; it's very perplexing to me.
