In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to use UltiPro, covering everything from account setup to managing essential HR functions.
Logging Into Ultipro
- Open the browser of your choice and go to https://n22.ultipro.com/
- If you are using a mobile device, click on the ‘View Desktop Version’ before entering your credentials

- The next step would be to enter your username, which is your first name followed by your employee ID (e.g. John12345)
- For new employees, the initial password will be your birth date (MMDDYYYY) and 5-digit postal ZIP code
- Select the method of receiving for the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code: text, voice, or email
- Enter the code sent through the selected option within 5 minutes
Setting Up Passwords And Security
- If this is your first time, the system will ask you to set your password. You will have to follow the on-screen instructions to set up a new password
- Ensure it meets all security requirements such as using uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, or symbols in the password
- Choose three alternate challenge questions by clicking on the small drop-down menu and write its answer in the corresponding box
- Then, you will be redirected to the homepage, where there will be a dialogue box mentioning going paperless for W2 Wage. You can click on the ‘Go Paperless’ option to support the company’s goal of zero waste by 2027 and click ‘Save’

Updating Personal And Professional Information
- Go to the ‘Myself’ tab and add information to the employee summary, which contains the job title, role, and location of the office.

- Add or update your contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses.
- The ‘My Company’ section contains information about your company and various programs being offered. You can find the company bulletin board for announcements, updates, and company policies
- Fill out peer recognition forms to acknowledge colleagues’ contributions.
Using Job Section
- On the sidebar, you can see the ‘Jobs’ section, where you can get the information related to onboarding, career, and education. Also, you can browse internal job opportunities to explore career growth options

Managing Pay Information
- This allows you to handle all the payroll-related tasks, such as accessing current and past pay stubs, signing up for direct deposit, and updating your bank information.
- Adjust your tax withholding and view your W2
Using Time And Attendance
There are a few different options under this section:
- Timesheet: It enables you to view your recent time sheets and hours worked
- Time-Off Calendar: Allows you to request time off
- Current Balances: You can see the available time off benefits

How To Request Time-Off
- First, click on ‘Time And Attendance’, and it will redirect to a new tab

- Select the desired day on the calendar

- Choose the appropriate type of leave depending on the situation or your role e.g., sick leave, personal time off, vacation

- Make any adjustments to the dates or add comments

- Once you click ‘Okay’, you will return to the calendar and will see the request highlighted

- Click on the ‘Save’ button
Enrolling In Benefits
Manage your benefits through this section:
- Sign up or update benefits like ‘Benefitsolver’ and ‘TRUE Savings Plan’
Continuous Learning Opportunities
- Go to the ‘Continuous Learning’ tab, and it will redirect you to Percipio website you are using
- You can take company-provided online training and occasionally assigned training, for which you will get a notification as well
