Everything from sales and credit card processing to the digital marketplace, inventory tracking and data reporting for client management and compliance is handled in one affordable, user-friendly platform.
Cons
Our database was very large so the migration and reporting were difficult in the beginning but their team stayed diligent and worked hard to get everything up and running.

After searching for something that could handle everything our winery and vineyard need, this one turned out to be exactly what we were hoping to find. It really functions as a complete all-in-one solution. The team behind it is also highly dedicated to making sure the system performs the way it should. We ran into a few unexpected issues while shifting to this software but those moments made it clear that we were working with people who genuinely care about their customers.
Cons
There are so many features in it that even after more than six months of using it we still have not really found any downsides with the software itself. The only challenge on our end has been getting a reliable internet connection at the winery which is our own issue to solve and even with that they have been supportive in helping us work toward a stronger internet option.

“Integrated winery is a game changer”
Pros
It has completely transformed how we run the business. Having the cellar door POS, wine club, warehouse and website all connected in one system has made a huge difference for us. It's an excellent all-in-one option for small to mid-sized wineries especially if you offer customised club packs. The team is also really lovely to deal with.
Cons
Getting everything set up can be a bit tricky since it's all code-based. That said once it's implemented, it works brilliantly.
