“Packed with features”
Pros
Its packed with features and new ones seem to be added regularly. I like having the many options it gives me. The developer preview section is especially helpful since I run and manage my own store.
Cons
Certain tools and settings feel buried or difficult to locate because the menus are so text-heavy.

“All-in-one complete platform”
Pros
After looking at several other options and even thinking about creating our own custom system we kept coming back to CORESense. Nothing else matched the depth of tools it offers in one place like eCommerce, POS and multi-brand support. Another big plus is that even though it's a SaaS product we still have the option to pay for customizations. We've taken advantage of that quite a bit.
Cons
The back office side is fairly complex and the interface definitely feels a little bit dated. It can take some time to get comfortable with but that's somewhat understandable given how feature-rich the software is and in the end it does what we need it to do.
