Highly recommended

Pros

There's honestly a lot to appreciate here: the flexibility, the responsive support, how simple it is to use and the overall cost. It connects well with other systems, keeps getting better over time and lets us adjust a huge amount ourselves, right down to the language so it fits our business model.

Cons

It's not really a strong procurement system but that's also not what it was designed to be so I don't think that's a fair complaint. Other than that, I genuinely can't think of any real negatives.

fantastic support from day one

Pros

Excellent customer service throughout and nothing ever feels like too much trouble for them. They helped me get everything set up remotely at the beginning which gave me a really clear understanding of what to do and how to use it.

Cons

There's nothing to dislike. It does exactly what it promises and even if you get stuck trying to do something, the support team resolves it very quickly.

Pros

Send out equipment has been really smooth using this tool and it has cut our admin time and mistakes by about 50%.

Cons
