Cons

I wish there was a way to create a personal folder or tab in the backend where I can save my favorite reports. With so many report options available, it would be convenient to customize and store the ones I frequently use, eliminating the need to search for them every time.

Korona POS for Our Small Business
Pros

Our store switched to Korona POS, and it has simplified managing our business operations. It allows us to update inventory easily and regularly. Whenever we encounter issues, their support team is quick to respond with helpful solutions. Installing it wasn't too complicated either. Our staff uses it daily and finds it very user-friendly.

Cons

The backend of the system is not very intuitive for average users. It requires a higher level of tech skills, which can be problematic when users are not familiar with it or haven't been properly trained. It would also be beneficial to have a program for upgrading equipment, allowing for the return of old items without upfront costs.

Pros

Starting fresh with KORONA POS was a easy Setting up was seamless, and the training was easy. What sets this POS apart is their tech support, fast, responsive, and incredibly patient. Any issue I've had was resolved the same day, sometimes within just 30 minutes.

Cons

It would be fantastic to customize reports. While the system offers many options, I'd like to adjust parameters or even rename some reports for easier navigation.

Pros

I find the cloud functionality particularly useful. It allows me to manage orders remotely, which is essential as a single user. Transitioning from my old system to Korona was seamless, and the support team has been outstanding, always knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues.

Cons

The reports are the most challenging part for me. I know what I want to achieve, but finding the reports in the right place can be confusing. However, with a bit of effort or a call to support, I usually manage to figure it out.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to set up the POS system for my baking business. The instructional videos provided on the Korona website were exceptionally helpful, and I've found their customer service to be consistently outstanding whenever I've needed assistance or had questions.

Cons

Korona doesn't yet integrate with Moneris, which can be inconvenient, especially on busy days.

Left Square and went to Korona, now my business can grow as big as I can dream!
Pros

Not being tied to a specific processor company means I won't need to switch POS systems again. I always get connected to a real person in less than a minute whenever I call with a question. The month-to-month contract option is also a great advantage, it's worth trying out.

Cons

It offers so many functionalities that there's a slight learning curve if this is your first professional business software, but I haven't encountered any major issues.

Pros

Korona makes remote business management incredibly easy for me. I can update prices, manage stock receipts, and access sales data from anywhere through their website. Every POS feature is customizable to suit my business needs, and the reporting capabilities are extensive.
