Pros
The customer service team at this place is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. They truly stand out from the rest. Plus, their system is just fantastic.
Cons
I wish there was a way to create a personal folder or tab in the backend where I can save my favorite reports. With so many report options available, it would be convenient to customize and store the ones I frequently use, eliminating the need to search for them every time.

Our store switched to Korona POS, and it has simplified managing our business operations. It allows us to update inventory easily and regularly. Whenever we encounter issues, their support team is quick to respond with helpful solutions. Installing it wasn't too complicated either. Our staff uses it daily and finds it very user-friendly.
Cons
The backend of the system is not very intuitive for average users. It requires a higher level of tech skills, which can be problematic when users are not familiar with it or haven't been properly trained. It would also be beneficial to have a program for upgrading equipment, allowing for the return of old items without upfront costs.

Starting fresh with KORONA POS was a easy Setting up was seamless, and the training was easy. What sets this POS apart is their tech support, fast, responsive, and incredibly patient. Any issue I've had was resolved the same day, sometimes within just 30 minutes.
Cons
It would be fantastic to customize reports. While the system offers many options, I'd like to adjust parameters or even rename some reports for easier navigation.
