Lunchbox Features
Mobile App And Web Ordering
This feature provides a branded, all-in-one ordering platform, letting restaurants manage their guest relationships and data. It includes real-time menu updates and a smooth checkout process for mobile and web, designed to increase direct orders and reduce third-party fees.
Order Aggregation
The platform automatically downloads third-party delivery orders into your POS system, eliminating manual entry and constant monitoring. The platform updates menus and pricing in real time across all locations whenever the POS system is updated, helping restaurants streamline operations, reduce errors, and manage multi-channel sales efficiently.
Order Throttling
The software lets restaurants limit the number or total value of orders they can accept within a specific time frame. If an incoming order exceeds this limit, it is automatically scheduled for the next available time. This reduces kitchen stress during peak periods and helps manage customer expectations.
Real-Time Menu Updates
Restaurants can update menus instantly across all platforms, including first- and third-party marketplaces. The system also allows users to change item availability, prices, delivery zones, and lead times in real time. This ensures accurate orders, reduces errors, and keeps menus consistent across every channel.

“support that really delivers”
Pros
Whenever we asked questions their support team has been helpful lately. The platform has a few issue here and there but strong support really matters and I've been able to get answers fairly quickly most of the time.
Cons
On the other side there was a time when version 1.0 stopped working and the support response wasn't there when it was needed. The help desk chat box could also be improved especially by giving users the option to expand it into a full-screen view.

“Revenue-focused partner for restaurants”
Pros
One thing that really sets it apart is how much their team actually cares about the success of independent restaurants which feels pretty rare in software these days. They clearly understand many of the day-to-day challenges restaurants deal with and are consistently building a platform aimed at putting more revenue back into operators' hands. I also want to mention their agents who led our transition to the platform-they were extremely professional and the amount of hustle they brought to the process was incredible.
Cons
The platform does take some time to learn and can feel a bit difficult to navigate until you've spent a decent amount of time using it. On top of that having two separate admin dashboards can be confusing especially when it comes to onboarding and training new team members.

“Helpful support every time”
Pros
The support that we have received from their customer representatives has been incredibly helpful, always available when we need assistance and they also make a point to follow up with us. Whenever the agent spots an issue, he reaches out on his own and helps us work through a solution.
Cons
There have been a few glitches here and there but we've been able to get most of them resolved.
